KINDS OF TEST
INTELLIGENCE TEST- It is a test which measure the IQ of individual. As very superior, superior, high
average, low average, borderline or mentally defective
Personality test- measure the ways in which individuals interest with other individual
Aptitude test- is a predictive measures of a person’s likelihood from instruction or experience in a given
field.
Diagnostic test- measure which identify the weakness of an individual's achievement / which serve as a
remedial instruction
Achievement test - measured of what has been learned by the students of the subject matter.
Speed test - measure the speed and accuracy of the examinee within the time limits imposed. Also
called alertness test
Standardized test- provide exact procedure in controlling the method of administration. Ex. Board exam
Placement test- a test that measures the type of job the applicant should fill. Or a test used to
determine the grade or level the pupil or student be enrolled after ceasing from school.
