Dear Students,

We are all facing the ‘Lockdown’ situation since last four months because of Covid-19
pandemic. Everybody is trying to cope up with the situation and we are also trying to
take care of our own academic activities. Considering the present situation and the
constraints put on thereof, we have shifted our regular activities on online mode. To
complete the last semester course i.e. even semester of academic year 2019-20, the
balance classes were conducted online and the Class Test was also conducted online.

Now we are looking forward for the academic year 2020-21some of the Industrial
Training activities are started online. Few webinars were also organized for students as
well as faculty. We are planning to start our classes online from 4th August, 2020. To
start with every class will have two lectures per day, later we will add Virtual
Laboratories in collaboration with IIT / NIIT to take care of practicals increasing the
number of lectures. I appeal all of you to join the lectures & activities organized. Your
attendance is compulsory and will be under observation too.

Hope you are all enjoying being in touch with your regular academics. Otherwise
without doing anything and sitting idle at home will lead us to a depressed life which we
must refuse and choose to be active and enthusiastic to respond the challenges
imposed by Covid-19 pandemic situation.

It is essential to keep ourselves updated all the time. I wish every student comes out of
this situation at a higher potential in all respects. Humans are blessed with indomitable
spirit and unlimited capabilities. We must understand this and keep working for building
our capabilities continuously.

The State Government and University had decided to promote all the students for the
academic year 2019-20 to next higher class based on their performance in the last
semester (odd semester) and internal evaluation for current semester (even) before
lockdown. Accordingly your marks were sent to the University and results are in the
process of declaration.

Hence you are all instructed to complete your admission process online for next higher
class within 10 days after declaration of the results. Paying the fees as applicable in
your case according to year of admission and respective categories.

The chart for the fees payable for academic year 2020-21 enclosed herewith.

Link for the Google Form for admission will be mailed to you by our office on the mail-id
registered by you in our office.

You will have to fill up the Google Form completely and submit the same with Pdf format
with all necessary documents as directed.

You have to upload the following documents :

(i) Marksheet of last academic year

A) For IInd year admission – Ist year marksheet.
B) For IIIrd year admission – Ist & IInd year marksheet.
C) For Final year admission – Ist, IInd & IIIrd year marksheet.
(ii) The receipt of the fees paid online to the institution.
