    1 Sorting Out
    ✓ Identify Segregate wanted &
    unwanted things.
    ✓ Move Unwanted things to RED
    TAG AREA through RED
    TAGGING.
    2 S- SEITON

    2 Set In Order
    ✓ Place for Every useful thing &
    Every useful thing is on its
    place.
    ✓ Arranging Useful thing in a
    systematic manner.
    3 S- SEISO

    3 Shine
    ✓ Six side cleaning for all i.e. Top
    & Bottom side, Front & Rear
    side, Right & Left side.
    ✓ Refurbishing everything.
    ✓ Make things easy to clean.
    4 S- SEIKETSU

    4 Standardize
    ✓ To set standard practices for
    carrying out routine/repetitive
    work in the best known way.
