The Candels Day in Colombia

Colombia has many traditional holidays and many things to do and see, like Christmas,
New Years Eve, Labor Day, Friendship Day, but the most popular holiday in December is
the Candles Day is a day when you can celebrate with family and friends, the people eat
traditional dishes like tamales, lechona, ajiaco, natillas and buñuelos, the people dance,
talk, laughing and drink a lot beer and aguardiente. The Candels Day ist very important to
the religion too, because is a day when you can pray and reflect.

TASK 8

This person is the best brother in the world, he is single, he has 35 years old and he was
born in Ibagué, but now he live in Bogotá. His name is Miguel, he is very successful,
Miguel work at Grupo Exito, his profession is (a) psychologist and he loves helping people
and solving other people’s problems and traveling, he studied in differently cities like
Medellin, Melbourne and New York. He speak Spanish, English and Italian. He is going to
buy a new apartment in San Andres and he probably won't come back to Bogotá.
