 The Publication

To provide a holistic service to the students of Notre Dame of Dadiangas

University, the official yearbook publication is one of the service units made available
for the graduating students and the alumni.

The major function of the school publication is to provide the students with
their memoir whereabouts in school.

The publication which includes the following:

1. VOX-IBED Espina- The Official Yearbook Publication

The IBED Espina Yearbook publication aims to provide students to develop

skills in writing, analyzing, organizing, facilitating and developing skills in layouting.

The data includes the following:

5. Updates for Completion
6. Activities
7. Accomplishments
8. Areas of Development

 I. Moderators

The moderator of the Yearbook Publication was chosen from the faculty
members of NDDU-IBED Espina who have undergone trainings and
seminar to facilitate students in organizing the Yearbook Publication as per
compliance set by the Department of Education and by the institution.

II. Members and Editorial staff.

As per compliance with the procedure set by the institution in selecting

members and editorial staff the members together with the guidance of the
moderators have set and followed the procedures in selecting the editorial
staff. The students had undergone series of interview and checking. The
publication has a total of 13 members for S.Y. 2019-2020

Mirage: 13 Editorial Board and Staff

Sarangi: 13 Editorial Borad and staff
VOX-IBED- 10 Editorial Board and Staff

III. Trainings and Seminars.

For school year 2019-2020 the school publication have set and scheduled
activities, trainings and seminars to enhance students’ skills.

IV. Budget
-The budget for the Yearbook is based on the prepared budget by the
service provider which is Midtown Printing Corporation.

 V. Updates for Completion (Yearbook)

VOX-IBED
 VOX-IBED 2019 were already released last October 16,2019
 Submission of Data for VOX-IBED 2020, Layouts and other documents to
MidTown Printing press was done April 17-19,2020.
 2nd Draft of VOX-IBED 2020 was already completed and submitted to
MidTown last September 29,2020

VI. Activities
 Proposed release of VOX-IBED 2020 will be on January 2021
 Activities for VOX-IBED 2021 were cancelled due to COVID-19

VII. Accomplishments

 Early released of VOX-IBED 2019

 Continuous completion of documents despite of the challenges of
COVID 19 to complete VOX-IBED 2020 as soon as possible.
 Availability of DSLR Camera courtesy of Midtown

VIII. Areas of Development.

 Compliance of Schedule set for yearbook.

 Acquisition of 1 Printer to replace the Epson L120 purchased last
2017.
 Availability of additional 1 Personal computer.
 Provision of additional Cabinets for storage of Yearbook
