Today is February 4, 2020 and today marks the start of our immersion. I
reported at exactly 8:00am in Far Eastern University High School because I
was told to do so, but at the start of the program, a huge problem appeared
right in front of me. They say I wasn't part of the list, so know that I
immediately reported the incident. The thing is that this incident didn't just
happen to me but 5 other students. We were suddenly reassigned to FEU
Tech, by the time we arrived the orientation was already finished. We were
late on our very first day. It wasn't intentional or anything, it was just a
misunderstanding because of a broken system. Going back, since we were a
walk-in we didn't really have a choice so we were assigned to the Electrical
and Electronics Engineering department or the E.E.E. department. So our
first lecture started at 12:00 nn with Engr. King then was continued by Engr.
Marie where we discussed voltage, current, and resistance. After that we
conducted different experiments that was challenging and fun at the same
time. To be honest, it was very challenging, not only for me but also for my
classmates because everyone was having a hard time with physics. At the
end of the day, everyone was tired and confused because of the sudden
crash course to advance physics.

Hey, hey, hey. Today is February 05, 2020. We were assigned to report at
FEU Tech at exactly 8:00 am for our morning lecture. We had to wait for a
few minutes because it seems that our professor was missing. We sat
outside the room we were assigned to because we weren't really familiar
with the whole building. We found our professor and entered the class room.
He was shocked to know that he'll be handling 6 students for this class. He
asked us if we really wanted to be in this department considering that
everyone was a "girl." Before our lesson began, he introduced himself and
he is Engr. Javel. He started his lecture with an experiment which was very
amusing and explained certain concepts as we proceeded. After our short
lecture the time has come for us to do an experiment. Lucky my group made
it with ease, so we were able to finish the experiment quickly. The time has
come to say goodbye to Engr. Javel, tho we only met today, we already love
him. We were dismissed at exactly 11:00am for our lunch break and then
returned at 12:00nn for our afternoon lecture with Engr. Marie at a
classroom which was a different setting because we usually use a laboratory.
So while proceeding with the lectures we occasionally went to the laboratory
to conduct different experiments. Surprisingly because with the lack of
laboratories, we were given the chance to sit-in with Engr. Javel's class. So
we proceeded with the experiments then went back to our classroom for
additional lectures, then went up again to conduct another experiment. The
day ended at a very fast note, because even if it wasn't what we wanted in
the first place, we really were starting to enjoy it.

Hi guys, so today is February 7, 2020 and today marks our 3rd day here in
FEU Tech. We were actually on time and arrived at exactly 8:00am in the
9th floor. Sadly our professor was running a bit late, but that wasn't really a
hassle we were actually ok with it, and because of that we were able to go to
one of the study areas where we stayed to chat and occasionally take
pictures. Around 9:00am, we were asked to go to the laboratory which was
assigned to us and we hastily went there where we met our professor for
today which was Engr. Carlo. He started of with a lecture about logic gate
which had everyone dumbfounded because literary no one was
understanding what was happening in front of us, but as we proceed with
the discussion everyone was getting what he was discussing. He was a very
good professor with a good sense of humor which made us get our attention
and enjoy the lecture. During his lecture everyone was energized and was
actually having fun even if what we were doing was hard and new for us Bio-
med students. We consistently chatted with him even if he was discussing
and he was king enough to respond in the middle of the lecture, actually
sometimes he was the one who starts the conversation with us. Let's just
say there's never a dull moment with him as our professor. Then comes our
afternoon lecture, we were assigned to proceed to the conference room
which was really huge for an audience of 6. The room was very amusing for
everyone with its design and size. Our professor for this class was Engr. King
which thought us another advance physics course, which had us horrified at
the end of the lecture. We weren't horrified with Engr. King he was super
kind and was really amazing with his teaching skills, but physics may have
scared us. The day ended pretty smoothly and proceeded to FEU Main for
the event that every tamaraw was waiting for, and this event was
'Concierto.'

Hi y'all, so today is February 11, 2020 and marks our 4th day here in FEU
Tech. We were tasked to be there at exactly 8:00am because we were
supposed to attend an event but sadly the event didn't really start and we
were told that we can go ahead and do something else, but we had to be
back at exactly 12:00 nn for our afternoon lecture. We were greeted by
Engr. Marie which made us do an activity the moment we stepped in the
room. We were having a hard time in finishing the said activity because of
the lack of screws but Engr. Marie said that it wasn't really important if we
placed it nicely, what was important is the fact that the system works. After
the group were finished and the output was checked Engr. Marie gave us a
15 minute break and asked us to be back at exactly 3:00pm. Everyone was
hungry again for some reason so we rushed to the 8th floor to grab a snack
and we ate ate out tiredness away, by the time we finished our snacks and
went back to our room, we were already 10 minutes late. Engr. Marie really
didn't mind that we were late and just asked us to form a circle for our
lecture and our upcoming experiment. Surprisingly Engr. Javel was also in
the room conducting a different experiment with his students but also
mingled with us. The experiment was literally a shock for every one because
we were going to be electricuted to be familiar with the feeling of it. No one
really wanted to go first, so we played a game to know who'll try it first and
sadly, I lost so I went first. After that we went in group and Engr. Javel was
scaring us by making different noises to make us nervous but it was a pretty
funny experience for us. We were dismissed 30 minutes early so we talked
about our final project that we'll be doing on the 14th.

Hi, it's me again and today is February 14, 2020 and today marks our final
day here in FEU Tech. We were task to be there on or before 8:00am
because we'll be conducting our final project which was making our very own
power supply. We were very hesitant but also excited because we'll be able
to apply everything that was though to us with this project. We started late
again but it wasn't really an issue for anyone. We again stayed in the study
area where we talk about what's next for us and they were extremely
excited with the upcoming swimming session that'll be happening later. So
Engr. Carlo was our professor for the making of our final requirement, and
he was somewhat thrilled so see us back. Before we started making our
power supply Engr. Carlo introduced us with some of his former students
which will be aiding us with making our finished product. We were all set and
we opened our power supply kit but no expected the turn of event. It was a
shock for everyone especially Engr. Carlo that the power supply kit that we
have bought was already assembled. We testedthe equipment and it was
actually working, so it was a huge question mark on what'll happen next.
Engr. Carli made a decision to make us do a simple power supply using a
breadboard. So with the help of the students of FEU Tech we were able to
finish our finals with ease, and while we were making our finals everyone
was recruiting us in enrolling in the EEE Department of FEU Tech. The
lecture ended with Engr. Carlo at a very fast phase and we proceeded with
our lunch break. Around 12:00nn we were tasked to proceed in the 17th
floor for our recognition ceremony but sadly we were moved to the 16th
floor by the officials because there will be an event on the 17th. We were
already getting comfortable in the Audio, Visual Room when we were asked
to proceed to executive lounge on the 8th floor for our recognition. Before
our recognition started we competed with the other strand of immersion
students with a competitive game. Luckily we won against them and
received a reward. After that, the recognition proceeded and we were official
graduates of the FEU Tech immersion program. After of which people who
wanted to take a dip in the pool went there while some stayed in the lounge.
At the end of this long, tiring, draining, fun, wicked, and of course amazing
journey we had here in this building there's this certain feeling of
attachment to this place already. Who knows maybe we'll be studying here.
Maybe we'll be future electronics engineers. Whatever the future holds no
one is certain, but we'll be forever grateful for the experience that we had
here even if this wasn't really what we wanted from the beginning. This
phenomenon is serendipity for me. I hope they also feel the same way as
me. To FEU Tech, thank you for having us, who knows maybe we'll be back,
until we meet again! See you soon!
