ASSOCIATE DEGREE IN BLOOD TRANSFUSION MEDICINE (AD-BTM)

Curriculum for AD-BTM Students Entry Test

The Indus College of Medical Technology and Applied Health Sciences (ICMAH) in consultation
with National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) will conduct the Entry Test (ET) for the
selection of the candidates must complete their FSc/A level from an HEC recognized board with
a minimum of 50% in Pre-medical and, or Medical Technology.

The test will assess students’ content knowledge and subject-specific skills in Biology,
Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning, General Knowledge and English as
mentioned in table 1:

Test Format:
The Test consists of two types of questions:

1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)

2. Constructed Response Questions (CRQs)

The test will have 80 questions including 75 MCQs and 05 CRQs. All subject tests will comprise
MCQs except for the English test that will have CRQs apart from the MCQs.
