from different banking institutions). Ask the following:
1. Can you describe to me your company’s culture?
2. Does your company culture fit your personality type?
3. What's the best part of working here that I wouldn't be able to see on a tour?
4. Describe the work-life balance of employees.
5. What's one thing you would change about the company if you could change absolutely anything?

LEARNINGS:
From the data above, I can say that a corporate culture has major and minor impacts to the performance of
the employees and of the whole firm or organization. I have learned that it is important to establish a good
corporate culture so that the overall feedback of the organization is also good. If it is a not so good, it
could result to dissatisfied employees that can eventually haunt your organization’s reputation. I also
learned that it is important to dig deeper on the organization before judging them. As I interview some
employee, some of their answers did not incline with my way of thinking. Some think that their school is
better as it is good in making relationships with its employees. I also learned that as an employee, you
should be able to see the best fit of culture to yourself. In that way, you can be better at work and be better
overall. Not every company is perfect, you just need to find the perfect culture in which you can jive with.
