प्रधानमंत्री किसान मान – धान योजना

Maan Dhan Yojana)


 प्रधानमंत्री नरें द्र मोदी ने 12 Sep. 2019 को रांची ( झारखंड ) में इस योजना का शुभारं भ
किया !

 इस योजना के अंतर्गत छोटे और सीमांत किसानों को 60 वर्ष की आयु होनें पर न्यूनतम


रुपया 3000 प्रतिमाह पें शन उपलब्ध कराई जायेगी ! 

 इस योजना में 18 से 40 वर्ष तक की आयु वर्ग बाले किसानों को ही शामिल किया


जायेगा , जिनके पास 2 हे यक्टर तक ही खेती की जमीन है !

 इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिये कम से कम 20 साल और अधिकतम 42 साल तक


55 रुपये से 200 रुपये तक मासिक अंशदान करना होगा ! 

 इस योजना से 5 करोड लघु और सीमांत किसानों का जीवन सरु क्षित होगा !

 इस योजना का कुल बजट 10 हजार करोड रुपये का है !

प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना

Mandhan Yojana )
 इस योजना की शुरूआत 5 मार्च, 2019 को नरे न्‍द्र मोदी द्वारा वस्‍ब्रल (गुजरात) से की
गई।

 इस योजना में असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों को वद्ध


ृ ावस्‍था के दौरान 3000 रूपये की
मासिक पें शन का लाभ मिलेगा। यदि पें शन प्राप्ति के दौरा अभिदाता की मत्ृ य
‍ ु हो जाती
है तो लाभार्थी को मिलने वाली पें शन की 50 प्रतिशत राशि फैमिली पें शन के रूप में
लाभार्थी के जीवनसाथी को मिलेगी।

 इस योजना के पात्र 18-40 वर्ष आयु समूह के घर के काम करने वाले श्रमिक, स्‍ट्रीट
वेण्ड
‍ र, मिड डे मिल श्रमिक, ईंट भट्टा मजदरू , सिर पर बोझा ढोने वाले श्रमिक, कचरा
उठाने वाले, निर्माण मजदरू , घरे लू कामगार, धोबी, रिक्‍शा चालक, भूमिहीन मजदरू ,
हथकरघा मजदरू , आदि ऐसे श्रमिक होंगे जिनकी मासिक आय 15000 रूपये या उससे
कम है ।
प्रधानमंत्री सहज बिजली हर घर योजना – सौभाग्‍
य ( Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli
Har Ghar Yojana )
 सौभाग्‍य योजना की शुरूआत 25 सितम्‍बर, 2017 को की गई।
 इस योजना का पूरा नाम ‘प्रधानमंत्री सहज बिजली हर घर योजना’ है ।

 इस योजना के तहत  31 मार्च, 2019 तक हर घर में बिजली पहुंचाने का लक्ष्‍य रखा गया है। इस
योजना के तहत सिर्फ 500 रूपये के भुगतान पर अन्‍य घरों को भी विद्युत कनेक्‍शन
मुहैया कराए जाएंगे।
प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्‍
य योजना – आयुष्‍मान भारत ( Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya
Yojana )
 इस योजना की शरू
ु आत  23 सितम्‍बर, 2018 को प्रधानमंत्री नरे न्‍द्र मोदी द्वारा झारखंड की

राजधानी राँची से की गई।

 इस योजना का उद्देश्‍य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर लोगों (बीपीएल धारक) को स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य बीमा महु ैया कराना
है । इसके अंतर्गत आने वाले प्रत्‍येक परिवार को 5 लाख तक का कैश रहित स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य बीमा उपलब्‍ध
कराया जाएगा।

 इस योजना से 10.74 करोड़ बीपीएल धारकों को फायदा होगा।

 इस योजना में 1350 तरह की बीमारी जिसमें जाँच, सर्जरी, मेडिसिन शामिल है ।

दीक्षा पोर्टल

 दीक्षा पोर्टल की शुरूआत 5 सितम्‍बर, 2017 को मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा शुरू किया
गया था।

 यह पोर्टल (diksha.gov.in) शिक्षक को ट्रे निग


ं दे ने और सशक्‍त बनाने में सहायक है ।

वरिष्‍ठ पें शन बीमा योजना ( Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana )


 इस योजना की शुरूआत 1 जनवरी, 2017 को प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा घोषित एवं 1 अप्रैल, 2017
को भारतीय जीवन निगम (LIC) द्वारा शुरू की गई।

 इस योजना का उद्देश्‍य 60 वर्ष और इससे अधिक आयु वर्ग के वरिष्‍

की शरू ु आत 3 नवम्‍बर, 2017 को स्‍कूली बच्‍ चों (6 ठी से 9 वीं क्‍लास) की डाक टिकट संग्रह में
‍ से आरं भ
रूची बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य की गई एक छात्रवत्ति
ृ योजना है ।
 इस योजना के अंतर्गत प्रत्‍येक कक्षा(6 से 9 तक) में से 10 छात्रों अर्थात ् अधिकतम 40
छात्रों को कुल 6000 रूपया प्रति वर्ष अर्थात ् 500 रूपया प्रतिमाह छात्रवत्ति
ृ प्रदान की
जायेगी।
प्रधानमंत्री वय वंदना योजना ( Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana
)
 योजना की शुरूआत 21 जुलाई, 2017 को वित्‍त मंत्री अरूण जेटली ने की।
 60 या उससे अधिक आयु वर्ग के लिए यह एक पेंशन योजना है।
 इस योजना के अंतर्गत वरिष्‍ठ नागरि कों को मासिक पेंशन विकल्‍प चुनने पर 10 वर्षों
हे तु 8 प्रतिशत की गारं टीशुदा रिटर्न मिलेगा।

नमामि गंगे योजना ( Namami Gange Yojana )

 नमामि गंगे योजना की शुरूआत गंगा नदी के संरक्षण एवं शुद्धि के लिए 10 जुलाई,
2014 को की गई थी।
 इस योजना की दे ख-रे ख जल संसाधन मंत्री उमा भारती करती है।
 इस योजना को 2020 तक पूरा करने का लक्ष्‍य है।
 इस योजना के तहत अगले 5 वर्ष के लिए 2037 करोड़ रूपये आवंटित किए गए हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री जन-धन योजना ( Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana )

 प्रधानमंत्री जन-धन योजना की शुरूआत 28 अगस्‍त, 2014 को की गई।


 इस योजना का नारा है : मेरा खाता, भाग्‍य विधाता
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य वंचित वर्गों तक बैंक खाता, ऋण, बीमा, पेंशन की पहुंच

ु श्चित करना एवं वित्‍तीय समावेशन है ।
 10 साल की आयु वर्ग से अधिक का कोई भी व्‍यक्ति शून्‍य बैलेंस के साथ इस योजना
के तहत एक बैंक खाता खोल सकता है ।

 इस योजना के अंतर्गत  1 लाख रूपये का दर्घु टना बीमा तथा 30000 रूपये का जीवन बीमा का
प्रावधान है ।

 17 जनवरी, 2018 तक इस योजना के अंतर्गत 30.97 करोड़ खाते खोले जा चुके हैं जिनमें
73689.72 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि जमा है ।
मेक इन इंडिया ( Make in India Yojana )
 मेक ु आत 25 सितंबर, 2014 को
इन इंडिया की शरू की गई थी।
 इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य बहु-राष्‍ट्रीय और राष्‍ट्रीय कंपनियों को भारत में अपने
उत्‍
पादों के निर्माण के लिए प्रोत्‍साहित करना तथा अर्थव्‍यवस्‍था के 25 क्षेत्रों में रोजगार
सज
ृ न एवं कौशल वद्धि
ृ पर ध्‍
यान केन्द्रित करना है ।

 इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य चालू वर्ष 2020 तक GDP में विनिर्माण क्षेत्र के हिस्‍सेदारी को
16% से बढ़ाकर 25% करना है।
दीनदयाल उपाध्‍याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना ( Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen

Kaushalya Yojana )
 दीन दयाल उपाध्‍याय ग्रामीण कौशल योजना 25 सितम्‍बर, 2014 को पंडित दीनदयाल
उपाध्‍याय के 98 वें जन्‍म तिथि पर शुरू की गई थी।

 इस योजना का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में निवासित युवाओं की समावेशी विकास को
हासिल करने के लिए कौशल और उत्‍पादक क्षमता को विकसित करना है ।

 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य तीन सालों में 15 से 35 वर्ष की उम्र के अंतर्गत आने वाले 10 लाख
ग्रामीण युवाओं को रोजगार वितरण करना है ।

 इस योजना के लिए 1500 करोड़ रूपये का प्रारं भिक फंड आवंटित किया गया था।
स्‍वच्‍छ भारत अभियान ( Swachh Bharat Abhiyan )
 स्‍वच्‍छ भारत अभियान की शुरूआत 2 अक्‍टूबर, 2014 को की गई थी।
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य 2 अक्‍टूबर, 2019 तक संपूर्ण भारत को स्‍वच्‍छ बनाना है।
 इस योजना का नारा है – एक कदम स्‍वच्‍छता की ओर
 स्‍वच्‍छ भारत मिशन को शहरी विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा कार्यान्वित किया जा रहा है।
सांसद आदर्श ग्राम योजना ( Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana )

 सांसद आदर्श ग्राम योजना 11 अक्‍टूबर, 2014 प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी द्वारा जयप्रकाश नारायण
के जन्‍मदिन पर शुरू की गई एक योजना है ।

 इस योजना का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य गाँव के सामाजिक, सांस्क


‍ ृ तिक और बुनियादी ढ़ाचें के
विकास के आदर्श गाँवों में नामित मॉडल गाँवों का विकास है ।

 इस योजना का लक्ष्‍य प्रत्‍येक सांसद द्वारा वर्ष 2019 तक तीन गाँव तथा वर्ष 2024 तक कुल
8 गाँवों को गोद लेकर विकसित करना है।
मिशन इंद्रधनुष अभियान ( Mission Indradhanush Yojana )

 मिशन इन्‍द्रधनुष अभियान को भारत सरकार के केन्‍द्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मंत्रालय ने सभी बच्‍चों को टीकाकरण
के अंतर्गत लाने के लिए सश ु ासन दिवस के अवसर पर 25 दिसम्‍बर, 2014 को प्रारं भ किया था।
 इंद्रधनुष के सात रं गों को प्रदर्शित करने वाला इस अभियान का उद्देश्‍य  2020 तक संपूर्ण
टीकाकरण के लक्ष्‍य को प्राप्‍त करना है ।

 इस योजना के अंतर्गत  7 बीमारियों (डिफ्थीरिया, काली खाँसी, टिटनेस, पोलियो, टीबी, खसरा


और हे पेटाइटिस ‘बी’) के लिए टीकाकरण किया जाता है ।
( Pahal Yojana )
पहल योजना

 पहल योजना को 1 जनवरी, 2015 को राष्‍ट्रव्‍यापी स्‍तर पर लागू किया गया था।
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य एलपीजी (LPG) सिलेन्‍डर के सब्सिडी के पैसों को सीधे उपभोक्‍ताओं
के बैंक खातों में भेजना है ।

हृदय योजना ( Hriday Yojana )

 हृदय योजना की शुरूआत 21 जनवरी, 2015 को भारत के पुराने शहर, गाँव के विकास और
वद्धि
ृ के लिए की गई है ।
 हृदय (HRIDAY) का पूर्ण रूप है – Heritage City Development
and Augmentation Yojana
 इस योजना को शहरी विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा आरं भ किया गया है।
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य दे श के चयनित 12 शहरों (अजमेर, अमरावती (आंध्रप्रदे श),
अमत
ृ सर, बादामी, द्वारका, गया, कांचीपुरम, मथुरा, पुरी, वाराणसी, वेलान्‍कन्‍नी एवं वारं गल)
की सांस्क
‍ ृ तिक धरोहर को फिर से जीवित करना है ।

 इस योजना को पूरा करने के लिए 27 महीनों (मार्च, 2017) का समय तथा 500 करोड़
रूपये खर्च करने का बजट रखा गया है ।
, बेटी पढ़ाओं योजना ( Beti Bachao Beti Padhao )
बेटी बचाओ

 ‘बेटी बचाओं, बेटी पढ़ाओं’ योजना भारत सरकार द्वारा 22 जनवरी 2015 को पानीपत
(हरियाणा) से शरूु की गई थी।
 इस योजना का मख्ु ‍य उद्देश्‍य लड़कियों को बचाने, सशक्‍त बनाने और लड़कियों के लिए
कल्‍याणकारी सेवाओं के लिए जागरूकता पैदा करना है ।
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य लैंगिक समानता को बढ़ावा दे ना और लिंगानुपात को ऊपर
उठाना है ।

 यह योजना 100 करोड़ रूपये की प्रारं भिक राशि के साथ शुरू की गई थी।
 माधुरी दीक्षित को भारत सरकार द्वारा इस अभियान का ब्रांड एम्‍बेस्‍डर नियुक्‍त किया गया है।
 साक्षी मलिक को हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा इस अभियान का ब्रांड एम्‍बेस्‍डर नियक्ु ‍त किया गया
है ।

प्रधानमंत्री ‘मुद्रा‘ योजना

 प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना की शुरूआत प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 8 अप्रैल, 2015 को की गई थी।


 MUDRA का पर्ण ू रूप है : Micro Units Development &
Refinance Agency
 इस योजना का उद्देश्‍य सूक्ष्‍म उद्यमों के क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए वित्‍तीय सहायता प्रदान करना एवं ऋण
उपलब्‍ध कराना है ।

 इस योजना के अंतर्गत तीन प्रकार के लोन दिए जाते हैं – शिशु, किशोर तथा तरूण
 शिशु के तह‍त 50 हजार, किशोर के तहत 5 लाख तथा तरूण के तहत 10 लाख रूपये तक
के लोन दे ने का प्रावधान है ।

 मद्रु ा योजना के तहत लोन प्रदान करने में किसी भी तरह की प्रो‍सेसिग
ं चार्ज नहीं की
जाती है ।
उजाला योजना ( Ujala Yojana )
 उजाला (UJALA) योजना की शुरूआत प्रधानमंत्री नरे न्‍द्र मोदी द्वारा ‘बचत लैंप योजना’ के

1 मई, 2015 को की गई थी।

प्रधानमंत्री सरु क्षा बीमा योजना ( Pradhanmantri Suraksha Bima


Yojana )
 प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना को प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी ने 9 मई, 2015 को कोलकाता से किया था।
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य सभी भारतीय नागरिकों को आकस्मिक बीमा कबर प्रदान करना है ।
 इस योजना के तहत बचत बैंक खाते के साथ  18 से 70 वर्ष आयु का कोई भी भारतीय
नागरिक 12 रूपये प्रतिवर्ष का प्रीमियम भर कर 1 लाख से 2 लाख रूपये तक का दर्घ
ु टना बीमा का
लाभ ले सकता है ।

प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्‍योति योजना ( Pradhanmantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana )


 प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्‍योति योजना को 9 मई, 2015 को प्रधानमंत्री नरे न्‍द्र मोदी द्वारा
शुरू किया गया था।

 इस योजना का मख्
ु ‍य उद्देश्‍य सभी भारतीय नागरिकों को जीवन बीमा कवर प्रदान करना है ।

 इस योजना के तहत  18 से 50 वर्ष आयु का कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक 330 रूपये


प्रतिवर्ष का प्रीमियम भरकर 2 लाख रूपये का जीवन बीमा का लाभ प्राप्‍त कर सकता है ।

अटल पें शन योजना ( Atal Pension Yojana )

 अटल पेंशन योजना की शुरूआत 9 मई, 2015 को कोलकाता से प्रधानमंत्री नरे न्‍द्र मोदी ने
किया था।

 इस योजना का मुख्‍य लक्ष्‍य असंगठित क्षेत्र के लोगों को पेंशन सुविधा प्रदान करना है।
 यह योजना पेंशन फंड नियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा प्रशासित है।
 इस योजना के अंतर्गत 18 से 40 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग का कोई भी व्‍यक्ति अपने द्वारा
बैंक में जमा किए गए रूपये के आधार पर 1 हजार से 5 हजार तक का पेंशन प्राप्‍त कर सकता
है ।

 इस योजना के तहत, 60 वर्ष की आयु के बाद योजना के लाभों का लाभ उठाने के लिए
एक व्‍यक्ति को पें शन मिलने से कम-से-कम 20 साल पहले उसका योगदान करना होगा।
अमरूत योजना ( AMRUT Yojana )
 अमरूत योजना की शुरूआत भारत सरकारद्वारा 24 जून, 2015 को की गई थी।
 AMRUT का पूर्ण रूप है : Atal Mission for Rejuvenation
and Urban Transformation
 इस योजना का मुख्‍य उद्देश्‍य सभी विशेषकर गरीब और वंचित लोगों के लिए जीवन की
गुणवत्‍ता में सुधार के लिए बेबुनियादी सुविधाऍ ं जैसे- जल आपूर्ति, सीवरे ज, शहरी परिवहन, पार्क
प्रदान करना है ।

 इस 100 स्‍मार्ट सिटी बनाने, 500 शहरों में आधारभतू सवि


योजना के अंतर्गत  ु धाओं का
विकास करने और 2022 तक शहरी इलाकों में सभी के लिए घर बनाने की योजना शामिल है।

 इस योजना के लिए सरकार द्वारा 5000 करोड़ रूपये का बजट रखा गया है।

स्‍मार्ट सिटी योजना

 स्‍मार्ट सिटी योजना की शुरूआत 25 जून, 2015 को की गई थी।


 इस योजना का उद्देश्‍य 2020 तक 161 चुने शहरों (पूर्व में 100) को स्‍मार्ट शहर के रूप में
विकसित करना है ।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना ( Pradhanmantri Aavas Yojna )


 प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना की शुरूआत 25 जनू , 2015 को की गई थी।
 इस योजना को ‘हाउसिंग फॉर ऑल’ (सबके लिए आवास) के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।
 इस योजना का लक्ष्‍य 2022 तक 2 करोड़ नये हाउस का निर्माण करना है।
डिजिटल इंडिया मिशन ( Digital India Mission )

 डिजिटल इंडिया मिशन की शरूु आत 1 जलु ाई, 2015 को की गई थी।

 प्रधानमंत्री उज्‍जवला योजना की शुरूआत 1 मई, 2016 को की गई थी।


 इस योजना का उद्देश्‍य का उद्देश्‍य ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों के BPL परिवारों को मुफ्त LPG
कनेक्‍शन दे ना है ।
