To Whom It May Concern:

This motivation letter has the main objective to express my wish to become the next president
of the Entrepreneurship Committee.

My name is Omar Nizarali. I am 22 years old and I am currently in Semester 6 of Glion IHE. I was
born and raised in Portugal, and I have origins from India and Mozambique, which makes me a
citizen of three different continents.

My family has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, as they had to move continents twice in the
last century. Throughout the years, they have always had successful businesses. That led me to
study at Glion IHE, in order to keep improving my entrepreneurship skills.

Entrepreneurship is an ambiguous concept. My own interpretation of entrepreneurship is to

make the most out of the existing resources to yield the highest profit.

Throughout the years I have constantly been involved in different projects. Since March 2020, I
have been directly involved in the reconstruction of a 86 years old historic hotel in Costa da
Caparica, Lisbon called Hotel Praia do Sol. I am one of the responsible for the digitalization of
procedures and sustainability of future operations.

During 2021, I will also be directly involved with the Real Estate Industry, having a 1 month
confirmed internship in White Orchid from February 20th to March 20th.

Next semester, I plan to start my preparation to take the Chartered Financial Accountant exam
in 1 or 1,5 years from now, and I believe that the Entrepreneurship Committee could sensitize
other students on this matter, contributing for future opportunities for Glion students.

I believe I will be a key member of this committee, and with the help of my colleagues I trust
that I will be capable of being an adequate President.
