Good day Doc! We are a 3 rd year Medical Technology Students at North Valley
College Foundation Incorporated. In line with the requirements of our subjects that we are
taking, our advisers are requiring us to have our own book to be able to pass this second
semester. Furthermore, we will be having also our Medical Technology pinning ceremony and
we are required to have our Type A and Type B uniform in preparation for the upcoming
internship. In regards with this, we are humbly asking for financial support to buy the books and
to pay the amount for our Medtech uniform that we are required to have, which are deficient in
our capability financially. The help will truly have a great impact with our studies. We will be
attaching the amount at this request.
