The primary sources (or original source) are first-hand accounts of a topic, from people who
had a direct connection with it. This illustration above shows as primary source. This picture
was my PhilHealth ID which is considered as my primary source. It has information about my
identity and I will be the only one who can have this. I actually bring this everyday incase there
is an emergency.
This is the only one that I have in my boarding house because the other document left in my
brother’s house. I used this when I get money in any money express. Incase I got accident, they
can see this ID and call my guardian indicated at the back to call for emergency. It can show this
when someone wanted to see my valid ID.
