INTRODUCTION

Twisted Realms is a full-service IT services provider specializing in network installation, support, and
maintenance. Our headquarters is located in Valenzuela City

Our network engineers, designers, and installers are certified and licensed to install computer
networks in small businesses, multi-family residences, and large institutions such as universities and
hospitals.

This proposal is valid until January 1, 2021. Should you need to extend your decision past that date,
we’ll be happy to revisit this document to ensure all pricing and installation schedules are accurate at
the time of signing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Golden Media Group is a well-known Video and Photo editing company, one of the biggest
in the country. Recently, they decided to upgrade their entire computer network and infrastructure to
increase the efficiency of their work. They recently sold most of their computers and hardware so that
they can upgrade to much better and faster devices. According to their CEO, “This might as well be
considered as a fresh start, we will be rebuilding the company from the ground up, efficiency has
always been an issue, and fixing it is our top priority no matter what the cost”. Their facility is
located at Greenbelt Park, Makati Avenue, corner Dela Rosa Street, Ayala Center, Makati, Metro
Manila, and they wish to accomplish everything by January 10, 2021.

The main goal of this project is to install an entire computer network for the whole
organization that includes the following:

 Distributed internet access for all work stations

 New computers
 A dedicated NAS (Network Attached Storage) for the entire organization
 A Network Printer
 Wireless access points for all departments

The installation of this network will guarantee the efficiency of the whole company. The
dedicated NAS (Network Attached Storage) enables the employees work to be more accessible to
everyone. The network printer will become very convenient, it will reduce the time it takes to print
out pictures and documents by a huge margin. And last but not the least, the wireless access points
that will be installed for all departments will enable the employees to connect their other devices to
the network without having the need to use of cables that is routed to the patch panels. That is the
main goal of this project, to make everything done become as efficient as possible. These goals can be
achieved by installing the following products:

All switch ports are routed through the walls of the office from the 5 th floor, which serves as
the server room, all the way to the ethernet ports located on the walls of every work station
on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. This is done to eliminate the need of using multiple switches
and reducing cable clutter. The 1st and 4th floor only uses wireless connection for
convenience.
