Additional Monitoring

Seam Seal / Bonding


· There should not be any seam slippage.
· An appropriate amount of tension to be provided so that it does not deteriorates the
seam’s appearance.
· There should not be any protruding fibers on the sewing thread.
· There should not be any thread breakage in between due to the friction, hence use
appropriate lubrication and select thread accordingly.
· standard seam efficiency test to be performed

· Quality meeting to be held every morning, breifing about the standards to be followed

· No. of cut pannels to be noted
· Spreading quality report
· Relaxation report to be updated
· Fusing record book to be maintained

· Quality Standards to be checked according to the provided instruction

· No. of rejected fabric roll
· No. of accessories order, used, damaged to be recorded

· No. of mistakes to be recorded
· Use needle detector machine for the finished garments
· Measurement (100% chest, bottom, back/front length, sleeve length, Waist, inseam, leg
opening )
· Reject register
· Package alignment to be checked and recorded
· Weight of the carton
· No. of peices of the carton ordered
· No. of stationaries used during the whole process
