Temporary Changes from Constitution- approved 1/21/2020 Executive Board Meeting :

Two membership meetings in 2020
Work as a Board to perform necessary duties of vacant positions

Ogle-Lee RTA Lifetime Membership- approved 11/12/2019 Executive Board Meeting:

Extend honorary Ogle-Lee RTA lifetime membership to any Ogle-Lee RTA member that was granted
honorary IRTA lifetime membership.

Budget for IRTA State Convention-approved 11/12/2019 Executive Board Meeting

Budget for IRTA State Conventions will be $1000

Ogle-Lee RTA Complimentary Membership- approved 9/10/2019 Executive Board Meeting:

Ogle-Lee RTA membership chairperson will send a welcome letter and complimentary Ogle-Lee RTA
membership card for the balance of the membership year when an Ogle-Lee area retireee joins IRTA.

Approval of postings to website- reminder 9/11/18 Executive Board Meeting:

Any informtion posted to the Ogle-Lee RTA website needs to be approved by the Ogle-Lee RTA
President and IRTA approval is needed to post IRTA information. IRTA may routinely request local
units share certain information with its local memberhip.

Ogle-Lee RTA Scholarships- approved 3/13/2018 Executive Board Meeting:

Ogle-Lee RTA Scholarships for college students majoring in education will be offered when there are
sufficient funds available ($750 minimum).

Board Members attending Area 1 Conferences- approved 3/13/18 Executive Board Meeting:
Ogle-Lee RTA will only pay for Executive Board members who want to attend.

Membership Directories- approved 11/14/2017 Executive Board Meeting:

Dur to privacy concerns, membership drirectories will only be made available for use to the Executive
Board, Committee members, and others on an as-needed basis.
