REFLECTION

The Impact of Tourism on Culture have two impacts first, positive impacts and
negative impacts. Positive impact are Intercultural communication and Renaissance
of native culture in Tourism communication are very important because we need to
understand each other. There's a lot of different cultures in the world some of them
are formal, informal, some cultures use a whole series of ritual greetings before
having a conversation, and some other cultures consider it rude to show up to a
meeting on time. The negative impact is , there's a lot of aesthetic art in every
tourist spot or museum in every country and some of tourist want to buy it or
pursuing the owner to sell and I think it's not good because it's been attraction for
many years and it's a treasure and I think it's better to remain it to museum or to
proper place.

The Environmental Impact of tourism have positive and negative impacts. One of
positive impact is Resident Benefits and it's perfect to have benefits for the people.
There's a lot of benefits first is health and dental insurance, life insurance etc.
Having those benefits is perfect to places like in mountain or some places that their
hospitals or health center is far from their houses and some family who can't pay for
bills in hospitals. One of the negative impacts is the Environmental conflicts,
environmental conflicts involves many different of types of issue. Many island and
forest had been destroyed or damaged. Many trees and many more. Seeing some of
island are now damage by improper waste disposal, living in sea side, illegal fishing
etc. We must protect and love our nature to maintain our good environment.

The Social Impacts on Tourism have positive and negative. The positive are many to
mention but what I love the most is bringing together of diverse people to help them
to understand one another because communication are very important in Tourism
industry and we must learn how the attitude and the why we are talking to people.
And the negative is like effects in our behavior of individuals caused by observation
of the actions. It's really hard for me to act in a good way to people so I think that
what I want to learn, and now I am working on it to be more responsible to my words
or actions.
I'm little bit shocked because of Economic Impact cause it's a big help to our
country because the job increase and many more. A lot of people always looking for
a job but they struggling because some of them are not graduate in college and
some of them are not confident to the other jobs. It's a big help the tourism industry.
