2.0 INTRODUCTION TO THE PROJECT


The project at hands is the construction of a horror themed park which is going to be located in a prime
location of Islamabad F-9.It is one of a kind project in Pakistan which is going to bring new changes and new
amusement to the residents of Pakistan with the best structured and engineered product not only in physical
shape as well as in form of service as well. The project will be eventually based on the nightmares and
marvels of Hollywood(movies).

3.0 PROJECT OBJECTIVES (PURPOSE)


 Overall, to create recognition and future project opportunities.
 It’s an unexplored and exploited area in Pakistan.
 To promote horror, theme and amusement in Pakistan can give confidence to them.
 To develop and learn about new integrated technologies and construction.
 To construct and operate the horror house in F9.
 Efficient use of the available resources.

4.0 PROJECT SCOPE


 The resources to complete the project successfully, efficiently and effectively all are determined.
 To address two components of recognition - a framework for operating the horror house is completed.
 Includes guidelines to govern participants and employees’ activities
 Does not include mandatory requirements
 Framework, milestones, deliverables, issues, risks all are kept in consideration

Parking Two different parking’s for the public and customers.
Public entrances Two horror themed gates to welcome the customers.

Final Decoration and Painting, decorating and finalizing the automated technological requirements.
