A commercial comprising of composite structure with 26 storied situated at the commercial hub. The
project
consists of 3 basements, 6 parking floors, 17-floor office area with a built-up area of 268,568.00 sq. m for
value of 300 million AED
Responsibilities:
1. Taking the responsibilities as a project director I have been assigned this particular job to meet the
standards and expectations of the client. My responsibilities are quite broad to capture the project in
an approved project schedule.

2. Takes the responsibility to provide coaching, guidance, direction, and leadership to the project team
and project manager in relation to various issues, risks, activities, general management, and project
approach.
3. Playing an important role in a tactical and strategic level from planning through to completion
supervise, monitor, execute the project as per the client’s expectations.
4. Overseeing the various departments that includes structural, architectural and MEP department
assigned with certain tasks to complete for project requirements.

amenities, and all other related services at The Pearl- Qatar operated by Hilton World Wide. The tower
consists of 363 apartment suites of various sizes ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms apartments with
high-end finishing and furniture. Project Value: QR 870 million, Built-up area is 115,800 m².
Responsibilities :-Managed the team of engineering team of Architectural, Structural, and MEP
engineers in coordination with the subcontractor's team to ensure the progress of work is in line with
Approved Cl.14.1 Program and take necessary action to mitigate the delay.

2. Reviewing the HSE plan submitted by the safety department for approval by implementing the site
safety and security procedures.
3. Play an active leadership role in the development of the construction including safety culture on the
project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
4. Undertake comprehensive project construction management in close consultation with PIQ engineers
covering activities relevant to engineering disciplines.
5. Undertake liaison between the site supervision team and the general contractors in order to ensure
that issues and conflicts are clearly channeled and resolved.

Value of Project QAR 550 and three towers Imperial towers at Viva Bahriya 3,4,5, with a value of 780
million. The Project is a residential suite for Rotana Hotel with elegant finishing including a swimming pool
and amenities of all luxury comforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule the project in logical steps and the budget time required to meet the deadline.
2. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to the construction site.
3. Inspect and review project to monitor and comply with building and safety codes and other
regulations.

Responsibilities:
Scope: Execution of the project so as to know the exact requirement of the client and get acquainted with
the project specification as per schedule.
1. Maintain and update construction-specific areas including but not limited to the civil documentation,
review, and approvals.
2. Responsible for the proper interpretation and compliance of the city-designed plans.
3. Have good communication skills for client and consultant interfaces, coordination, and presentations.
Attending meetings and preparing Minutes of Meetings, resolve ambiguities and impediments.

Project 2: 65 Storied -Dubai Metal and Commodity Centre (DMCC), (5B+G+65)
Project in brief: This project is a 65 storied tower with 5 basements for DMCC located in Jumeirah Lake
Towers. The structure comprises a pile cap foundation, beams, and pre-cast hollow-core slabs till level
65. This consists of 2 service floors at levels 20 and 40 with floating floors machinery. The finishing of this
tower had been executed with an elegant finishing material delivered from European origin and crafted
with experienced workmanship.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking care of Quality control at site.
2. Attending Inspection Request relating to ID and other all architectural works.
3. Inspection of finishing works including fine quality ceramic, granite, marble works, precast cladding,
Aluminum works, and structural piling works for contiguous piling and pile cap works.
4. Raising the NCN, SIN for the defect works and report bad performance and quality on-site to the
resident engineer. Maintaining the quality of works, concrete through Standard codes and
specification
5. Ensure the work is been carried out under safety procedures and precautions.
6. Inspecting the quality of finishing works and ID works.
7. Making the survey reports of the plot to make sure the construction works followed the approved
layout and update the as-built status to the architect.
