 Validate reasonableness of project costs, time and Quality.
 Verify adherence to MAFP standards including Policies and
Procedures, DoA, lesson learnt, etc.
 Review project governance
 Review project procurements including Consultants & Contractors’
tendering process, completeness of tender documents, bid placement
process, comparison of prices, final recommendations, etc.
 Assessing the reasonableness of project budgets & timelines.
 Validate adherence to the standard change management process.
 Validate reasonableness of contractors & consultant’s variations and
claims and application of Liquidation Damages- as applicable.
 Review contractor’s & consultant’s payment certificates and assess
compliance with contract conditions.
 Assess the quality of monthly cost reports issued by the project
consultants including integrity and accuracy of reported costs,
identified project risks, mitigation strategies.

(CTG-III) aims at implementing various infrastructure and


development projects all over Gaza Strip with total budget of US$ 50
million. Projects include improvement of current infrastructure
facilities, rehabilitation of electrical networks (L.V & H.V), and
construction of different public services facilities in addition to
different housing projects.

Duties include:
 Review submitted proposal from beneficiaries including review
of prepared designs, budget, project objectives …etc.
 Preparation of Funding forms (proposals)
 Prepare bas line program for proposed projects
 Participate in tender opining and tender evaluation committees,
and issue final recommendation to donor for approval.

The project aims at developing the infrastructure facilities of Um al-
Nasser roads, including water pipes, sewage line and pump station and
paving of internal roads and footpaths.
Duties include:

required infrastructure and landscaping facilities; the total construction
cost of the project aggregates to US $ 60 Million.
Duties include:

- Preparation of interim payments including detail takes off
quantities and measurement sheets.
- Prepare contractors submittals (including material submittal.
inspection requests, updated time schedules ...etc) and coordinate
to obtain Engineers approvals of the same
- Conduct internal inspection to ensure quality of implemented
works by subcontractors.
- Update time schedule and monitor work progress and prepare plans
to recover suffered delays, including required resources.
- Prepare daily work plan, including proposed material requests /
machineries, required man power, proposed activities …etc).
