Current
Projects and Responsibilities include:-
 Management of the site, including supervising and monitoring
the labour force and the work of any subcontractors;
 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in
order to meet agreed deadlines
 Ensuring that construction activities move according to
predetermined schedule
 Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular
basis and hold regular status meetings with the involved team
members i.e. MEP, Consultants, Sub contractors, etc…
 Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors,
planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved
in the project
 Requesting and attending RFI’s with Consultant
 Establish and maintains the quality of Architectural deliverables
 Check Architectural project deliverables including reports,
specifications and studies in relation to the assigned work on the
project.
 Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other
problems that may occur.
 Give clear, concise and understandable instructions to Sub-
Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors.

Project:- Al Farsi Towers:-


A) Construction of two commercial and residential Farsi
Seven Towers with a built-up area of 72,150 square
meters, comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, a
mezzanine floor and (38)additional floors offering (130)
apartments, four penthouse suites and commercial space
for (16) outlets, including a gymnasium, lounge and events
hall.

Projects and Responsibilities include:-

 Developing on-site plans and procedures for the field operations.


 Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subcontractors,
suppliers, labour and materials.
 Ensuring that the work is performed within the boundaries of the
job estimate.
 Creating and updating progress schedules.
 Monitor the withdrawal of material through measuring the work
done against the contractual documents, Specifications and
BOQ.
 Coordinates plans and designs endorsed by the head office
 Preparing regular and special reports for job meetings and
hosting those meetings.

Projects:-
A) Ethan Allen Showroom & Main Offices :-
Mixed Use Building project consisting of 4 floors: - the
building used to be a 3 star hotel, the interior was fully
demolished and the building was renovated into a 3 floor
Furniture Show Room & an Architectural Office floor with a
Roof Cafeteria.

Works Included :-
1- Demolition of all Floors, Non-bearing Walls &
facilities
2- Preparing quantities of all required materials based on
As-built plans and plans attained from the US by
Ethan Allen’s Main office.
3- Coordinating between suppliers and contractors
4- Coordinating plans and Designs endorsed by the head
office
5- Monitor and evaluate the quality of all finishing
works.

B) Dr. S.A Villa in Abdoun - JOD 3.5 million construction

In addition to the Business Development job responsibilities, I worked


as a Technical Engineer (Architectural Drawings) for 4 months (at
DAMAC - Al Abdali Tower), moreover, helped the Estimation division
on several projects, assisting the management of the company in Re-
Organization and structuring, Re-branding and marketing.

Duties:-
 Share responsibility for overall progress and appropriate use of
resources with project sponsors
 Prepare project master plan (Milestones, Work streams, Work
packages) in Coordination with the Program Manager
 Manage Plan and Monitor the project progress, including any
contingency plans needed
 Liaise with the program manager to ensure all open issues are
handled correctly
 Ensure Synchronization between different work streams and
work packages
 Track, manage and report on status against Action items,
Milestones, critical path/ dependencies, and issues using project
status report
