Work Experience:

LADUN Investment Company; PMO Director [June 2018 – Present]

Duties:

 Direct PMO department at LADUN Investment company which includes but not limited to
the following:
 Manage design approvals from concept till obtaining construction permits in
light of the latest trends and concepts.
 Obtain Legal government off plan sales license (WAFI).
 Plan, control and execute off plan projects in phases considering zoning and
sales ratios.
 Arrange & follow the project funds through government incentives and sales
collections.
 Manage the coordination with all MOH programs and initiatives (Itmam,
Sharakat, Mulaak, Idel lands , Ejar & Wafi)
 Pre- construction activities (Design Review, Value Engineering, Tendering &
Awarding)
 Projects Execution
 Manage the project interface and coordination with the local municipalities and
service providers such as SEC, NWC and STC.
 Land Development (Approve Masterplan, Approve All networks plans) issue off
plan sale according to the latest master plan approval routes by Ministry of
Municipal Rural Affairs & housing.
 Monitor Department staff performance against KPIs to ensure progress made as Planned.

Accomplishment:

 Successfully launched the PMO Department and Establish three main units under PMO
(Design, Control & Execution)
 Developed process, manuals and procedures for ease of doing business.
 Launched mega off plan housing projects consisting of more than 3000 units.
 Completed Projects:
 Ladun Head offices (1000 m2) Fine Finishing including furniture
 Off Plan Sales Centers for company projects
 LADUN rest home ( 10,000 m2)
 Commercial Building in North Ring Road (LADUN square)
 Juman (Land Development 109,000 m2) Master plan approval and infrastructure works.
 Well designed and executed sample apartment for marketing purposes.
 Partial hand over of some residential building
Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON); Projects Manager [September 2015 – June 2018]

Duties:

o Monitoring and following project progress and issues which includes:


 Managing projects execution as per as per the stipulated norms, design
guidelines and within the project budget, time line & quality.
 Mange contractual, financial and variations order status.
 Reporting Project Progress to the PMO.
 Managing several stakeholders to ensure meeting projects milestones.
 Ensuring that health and safety, sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
 Contribute to establishing operational excellences processes/process improvement.

Accomplishment:
 Had a privilege of being exposed and work with a matured organization practicing ideal PMO.
 Successfully participated in the achievement of more than 75% accomplished progress of the
following projects
Sudair Industrial City Projects;
 Developments of the 2nd Phase (Roads & Infrastructure) – Completed.
 Modon City Administration Building- Completed.
(SASO): Saudi Standards, Metrology & Quality Organization
 New Testing Center Project – Riyadh Industrial City 1 – Completed.
Al-Madina Industrial City Projects;
 Madina Industrial City Fire Satiation –Completed.
 Execution and Operation of Sewage and Industrial Water Treatment Plant – On Going.

Rayadah Investment Company (Raid); Client Representative [Dec. 2010 – August 2014]
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Mega Project;

Duties:
o Overseeing the setup, planning, implementation, execution plane of my respective work
package from client prospective and report progress to PMO.
o Day to day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring the site,
manpower in coordination with site supervision consultant.
o Ensure that all materials used are as per design and specification and to the desired quality.
o Assigned as claims coordinator in liaison with a specialized consultant and report
recommendations to the authorized management for the final decision.
 Prepare some of the correspondences for the project and assist the project manager in day-
to-day works.

Accomplishment:

 Successfully participated in the project initiation and partial handing over of some work
packages.
 Strengthen my knowledge and experience in Civil, Structure and finishing works.
 Had great exposure of seeing mega projects and work with highly skillful multi-national
employees.
