This project is to conduct research on the topics assigned and write the articles from improvising
of the existing blogs and articles in the markets.
Most importantly!! Not to copy them directly. It has to be completely rewritten.

As you can see from the above in blue, its totally rewritten. Make sure you read at least 5
articles related to the topics before writing so that you will have a much better understanding of
the topics you are going to write.
1. How to do research on the topic?
This is the most critical part of the instruction so I put this first . You will be assigned in
topics that are very niche and likely you have not worked or heard before. But we can learn
about it easily it. This part, if done well can save you TONS of time and in later stage revision and
write good content.
Youtube video, please google that keyword, e.g. “Clickfunnels”, “Getresponse”, “Convertkit”
etc. that are some of the software/tool that you can research on and learn about what they
do, their pros and cons and you can jot down notes in various videos. -> pls watch this 2

Google that keyword in google ofcourse but you will easily end up writing something very
similar to what others have written, so using Youtube is better
Search in Quroa.com, reddit.com, medium.com on these kind of topics and find inspiration
and get to understand what are the type of stuff what people want to ask
2. Title
Sometimes I will make the title and send to you. If not. Then please use below links as idea to

3. Meta description
Just incase you dunno, meta description is the area where the article will appear in search engine below
the header, something like that:-
So the characters (NOT words) required is 140 – 155 characters. What is character and what is words?

4. Images
This one is critical, many parnters/writers forget about this and need to resubmit the word file.
Theres two key points here. One is not to copy the images from the website but use snipping tool or
print screen format and attach it in the word file. For example, if its GetResponse. Please go to
getresponse official website and click into the relevant page and print screen or use windows snippet
tools to extract that area.

Secondly, make sure to use Tinypng.com to optimize the image size so it goes lower in size and to
change the file name the same as the title of the article.
E.g.
5. Formatting (header 1 and header 2)
Please make the title header as Heading 1 and the rest of the subtitle as Heading 2
7. There will be two types of articles/work you may get assigned, one type is BLOG POST and the
other type is Answer + blog post.
For blog post, you already know what it is, its mentioned in previous guide. For answer + blog post. It
means that you will need to write a 150 – 500 words summary (depends on your need) as an answer.
Which I will be used to replies in forum.
If its answer + blog post format, then I will give you the question.

9. Writing Style
1-3 paragraphs in a line, dont make it a Giant Wall Text
Use Active Voice, E.g. “ This blog post was written by John “ , change it to -> John wrote the
blog post
use of a more casual tone, like you are writing to a friend. We are writing Blog, articles. Not
writing Medical Journal .. For example:- You can see its casual and short line, and its more
interesting actually.
10. Bold some of the important words or short phrases. The idea is that if the whole article is
black and very large long chunk, its boring to read. YOu can do something like this:-
Checklist Before You Submit
So we have covered a lot of things here, often new partner forget one or two of them. So please check
below check list to make sure you get it all before submission
1. The article title has been marked as Header 1 and all subtitle as Header 2 as shown in the video
tutorial
2. You added meta description
3. There is at least 7+ images (self created, not downloaded using printscreen/ snipping tool), the
easiest way to get the relevant images is to create a free account in the software. E.g.
Getresponse, Clickfunnel, you can create an account with them for free so that you can create
images from the user’s perspective.
4. The image name has been changed to the article title
5. There is brief introduction and conclusion
6. You did conducted deep dive research before writing this but not merely rewriting content you
found at the first few pages of Google. This means please watch the relevant video from
YouTube, see forum like Quora, Medium. Uses answerthepublic.com to brianstorm relevant
ideas
7. The word file name is [Your name] - [article name] , e.g. John Wilson - Clickfunnel Reviews: Is
this software worth investing in?
8. Please read your article at least twice before submission to reduce typo
9. Here are some example idea you can write on the article for subheading

what are the pros and cons compare to the other alternatives (deep dive comparison)
how can i use it to benefit my business
etc. again use quora, reddit and answerthepublic.com to get more ideas about it

The tone of writing:- Prefer a writing in more personal touch style. Imagine you are speaking to your
best friend when you write it. Give you an example:-
