Service CONTRACT :

Easy Cash ATM LLC hereby install the ATM ( ) to

( ). The owner and I agree to the sum of 10%
per month for the authorized use of ATM at the designated
location. The first (90) days will considered the trial period,
will be the surcharges delegated to the owner of ATM. The
owner of the establishment receive 10% of the previous month
calculated. The payout for surcharges is the 5th of each month.
Contract duration begin one full year from date of signature.

Responsibilities of Merchant:
A. Allow ATM owner or its designated agent access to the site for purpose of installing,
maintaining, service, repairing and removing the ATM. 

B. Provide one electric power outlet (110V) isolated ground within 2 feet of the ATM,
installation and monthly fees and cost of said outlet to be paid by merchant.

C. Have the area around the ATM so that it is clean, safe, accessible and visible to the general
public. Have the best effort to protect the ATM from theft or damage. 

D. Notify ATM Owner promptly of any operating problems with the ATM.

E. Do Not post or allow to be posted on the ATM any signs, plaques, advertising or other
materials expert as may be authorized in writing by ATM Owner. 

F. Do Not allow any other ATM to be installed at the site without the prior written consent of
ATM Owner. 
RESPONSIBILITY of ATM Company/ATM Owner:

A. Installed ATM on or before the date the owner/merchant decided on. Maintain the ATM and
repair if required in a timely manner. ATM downtime should not exceed 5 business days. 

B. Provide the Merchant with copies of the monthly reports received by ATM Owner from its
election funds service. 

C. Supply Inventory paper, etc. which are available from merchant.

Placement
ATM:
ATM Owner Shall install the ATM in a mutually agreed upon area at the site which is plain view
and readily accessible to general public.

Terms: 
The first ninety (90) days will considered the trail period. After the ninety (90) days of
placement the ATM does not produce a rewarding amount of transaction of 200 or more. The
commission will not be paid out until 200 transactions are made monthly and ATM can be
removed, and this contract will become void. ATM Owner have the right to remove the ATM at
any time. When the ATM transactions fallen below a minimum that would sustain operation of
the ATM.

Exclusivity: 
Merchant agree that during initial term under this agreement, It’s shall not have any other ATM
machine or point of sale, cash back to customer in any location through any other means in any
location where an ATM has been installed by Easy Cash ATM LLC with the prior written
consented East Cash ATM LLC. 

Termination:
The merchant should terminate the agreement and also to pay a one-time termination fee of
$100.00 per month. The fee with deducted via debit card, Zelle, or best fit for merchant, at the
time of termination.

Payment
to Merchant:
Easy Cash ATM LLC shall place a convenience fee, Easy Cash ATM LLC reserve the right to
modify the convenience fee with 30 days notification to the merchant. Easy Cash ATM LLC
agree your pay merchant a percentage of the convince fee during the terms.

Addition Location: 
Merchant hereby grant to Easy Cash ATM LLC first right of refusal to place ATMs in any
additional merchant owned locations. Merchant further agrees not to offer such location to any
other third party without prior written consent from Easy Cash ATM LLC. 

Insurance requirements:
Location agrees to protect the ATM and its contents, including the cash, from damage,
loss, theft, or destruction. Your Company, at its own discretion shall provide and maintain
property insurance against loss, theft, damage or destruction of the ATM in an amount not less
than the replacement value of the ATM and its contents. Location agrees it is solely responsible
for providing security against theft at the premises and Your Company shall have no liability to
location in the event of theft or damage. All cash kept in The ATM shall be the property of
the Your Company.

 Equipment Relocation:
In the event location transfers or moves its business from the premises, Location shall
notify Your Company not less than 30 days prior to any such event. In such event this Location
shall be automatically deemed amended to apply to locations new premises for the remaining
term of this agreement. The ATM shall be placed in a mutually agreed upon indoor location
or Locations.

 Attorney Fees:
If suit or action is instituted to enforce or interpret any of the terms of the agreement, the
prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party, in addition to costs, such sums
as the court may adjudge reasonable for the legal fees at trial and on any appeal therefrom.
Location agrees to pay all costs of collection for sums due to Your Company under this
agreement, including attorney fees, whether or not suit or action is commenced.

 Controlling Law, and Compliance with Law:

This agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of
the State of Illinois. Your Company further agrees that it will comply with all state laws and
regulations governing operation of an ATM in locations premises. This contract is justified in the
court of law in the USA.

Adjustments:
In the event any transaction is disputed by the cardholder’s (customer) financial institution
and, as a result is charged back by that financial institution, Your Company will assume all
responsibility, financial and otherwise.
