ACHIEVEMENTS I was proud to work in Sharm El Sheikh new conference center project with (HAC)
Hassan Allam construction company . It was big challenge in its tight time and the final
result was very awesome.
i was responsible for steel structure scope follwoing up subcontractors & coordinating
with all other parties to erect steel skeletons for all buildings ( more than 2500 ton in
less than 7 months)

Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals
and instructions for construction team.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company
with Client. To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most
cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution
of that plan

Follow and maintain engineering plan and schedule for all issuances of technical office
tasks (detailing & design & material take off) within the requirements, specifications
and delivery schedule contracted and agreed with the client.
Review project specifications to obtain summarized form contains main data for
engineering work as scope of work, material grade, painting spec, bolts spec, ..etc
Assist PM through coordinating with client for all issues related to engineering work for
(dates, clarifications, RFI’s, sending and receiving drawings or models.
Provide weekly reports for engineering activities highlighting the problems which may
make delay and proposed possible solutions.
Make sure that detailing output is meeting client requirements from invoicing point of
view.
Keep records and control of revisions for drawings or Tekla models received from

(Manufacturing, Finance, Quality Control, and Material Shipping regarding any
request as fabrication issues, availability of material, size of assemblies for
transportation or for galvanizing basins.
To review preliminary Tekla model or procurement model received from client for
assemblies with special nature (difficult rolled items, extra heavy , oversize ) and
feedback PM with details in early stage to take the necessary action.

Check the bid drawings VS fabrication orders and discuss the differences with PM.
Assist PM in preparing reply for (NCR) (nonconforming report) through checking client
requirements in drawings VS detailing team output.
Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes.
Follow-up on jobs and keeps the top management informed of the latest status on new
jobs / change orders / claims / Urgent Materials Requests etc.
