Rommel, as the Project Management/ Construction Manager of the Construction Division of MDC Build
Plus Inc., Oversees and manages his team as they have responsibility over the purchasing and inventory of
raw materials used by the company in constructing of various Commercial/Condominium/Residential High
Rise Building Projects purposes.
Management Style:
Rommel is hard-working and a very flexible individual which is why He is well-liked by both his peers and
subordinates. he makes it a point to work alongside his subordinates even if it calls for rolling up his pants
and doing some of the leg work.
Strength/s:
Rommel has a very highly analytical mind, as he is able to constantly find ways of improving systems and
processes in his scope of work. He is highly systematic but can easily adapt to any changes as well, if the
situation calls for it or an extraneous variable affects his team’s usual operations.
Contributions/Achievements:
Rommel was able to highlight 2 aspects of his stay; first, the company (prior to his arrival) used to
experience a negative accomplishment and delays in their High Rise Bldg. Projects. Rommel was able to
successfully source for other manpower, vendors, sub contractor that would maintain their target
accomplishment all throughout the year. Happy—being a family business—needed a more professional
corporate touch, which Rommel introduced by developing the systems for the whole Project Management
Group of the Construction Division from scratch, and also trained the people as well.
Career Path:
Rommel has aspirations of moving up in the corporate ladder until He finally reaches the highest possible
(/allowable) post in his area of Managerial and Professional expertise. Given his previous employment
movements in the past, he is now seeking a more “permanent home” with a stable and professional
employer.
