1. Coordinate the activities of the EPC contractors, vendors and subcontractors, as required, to

Part B: Person Specification – Minimum Requirements

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline.

Knowledge and/or Experience • 15 years’ overall experience, 10 years’ relevant experience with 5
years in a Lead Structural engineering level with overall
responsibility for engineering execution of large topsides projects
(>20,000t). Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards,
specifications, codes, appropriate safety criteria, offshore facilities
and structure design, construction, operations, and engineering
administration.

gas industry) with 5 years at senior project engineering /
engineering supervision level with overall responsibility for
engineering execution of large topsides projects (>20,000t). Broad

codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities and structural design,
construction, operations, and engineering administration.

1. Provides Process engineering knowledge, design, quality assurance, leadership and expertise while
supervising and administering Process team design in accordance with project deliverables and
approved execution schedule.

2. Directs the preparation and stewardship of Process engineering scope of work in FEED/EPC contract,
advice and recommends design procedures, processes deliverables and alternative studies, as
required, to optimize project cost and schedule.

1. Ensure Electrical engineering activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory

Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or higher

Knowledge and/or Experience • 8 – 10 years experience of Electrical Engineering, preferably

• Previous Brownfield and Greenfield engineering and
