Job Purpose Leads the Document Control, Correspondence and Review/approval activities on
NFE Onshore Project EPC2, 3 and 4. Responsible for administration and
implementation of Qatargas EDMS (Project Information Management System),
and Distribution Matrix. Maintains the integrity of Information Management
procedures via approved System templates and metadata, including
documentation workflow and storage of technical project data and
documentation both hardcopy and electronic. Ensure DFO compliance on Project

Job Purpose • Leads the monitoring and oversight of the NFE Project Management

Job Purpose • To manage all activities related to Infrastructure development of all EPC
Contractors (Initial accommodations, Contractor Camps, NFS Pioneer Camp,
NFS EPC Camps, Camp Utilities, TCF areas, potentially additional TCF areas and
other supporting infrastructures, Early Site Works if any), prior to and after
award of EPC Contracts with the Infrastructure team, PMT disciplines, the EPC

Job Context & • The role delivers the safe and quality completion of site activities within the

Security), procured items (from Company, from Contractors, and from Subcontractors), and
construction procedures are available and approved, on time to start Infrastructure
construction without delay.
20. To engage and support the EPC Contractors in the development of construction execution
plans, method statements, and other relevant procedures. To ensure that work plans and
scopes are aligned with RLIC requirements and project strategies and that Contractors deliver
on a safe, qualitative and timely execution of the Infrastructure facilities.
21. To manage the PMT and to drive the EPC Contractors with regards to performance of
construction activities, testing of the Infrastructure facilities, granting of hand-over and
occupancy certificates, in consideration with QC and RLIC requirements.
22. To support NFS planning team and EPC contractors in scheduling, organizing and reporting
site activities in order to meet Infrastructure readiness schedule, identify slippages and
implement required solutions without delay; to always ensure that Camps, Camps utilities and
