Cafeteria for the attendances with total amount of 12 million EGP .

etc…..

 Responsible as Project manager for the construction of The Marg sector of

the Main Police Department Fence. Project with total amount of 5 million
EGP., Fence of distance 1000 meters with 6m height.

 Responsible as Project manager for the Finishing of The New

Administration Building for Petroment Petroleum Co. Project with total
amount of 50 million EGP. , Building of (B+G+6) with all the EMP systems
of total area 1200 m2 includes parking, meeting rooms, workstations,
furniture.
[Jan, 2014 – Jan,2018] “The Future Construction –Dubai, UAE.
Construction Manager.
 Construction Manager responsible for the finishing and renew of The Jevara
Tower Hotel, Dubai (The Tallest Hotel in The World), The Consultant was (El
Turath for consulting) and the owner was (El Attar), project with total amount of
180 million AED, and my responsibility was:

 Choose the types of tools to use in the construction and track the inventory of
those tools.

 Keep daily employee logs and monitor the conduct of each one of them.

 Ensure that the construction project complies with all safety and building
regulations.

 Liaise with local authorities and Engineers to establish the requirements for the
construction.

[Jan, 2018 – Feb. 2022] “The Arab Contractors –Dubai LLC.

The Consultant (El Turath for consulting) and the owner was (El Ghurair), project
with total amount of 55 million AED., which contains Flats, Parking, Gym,
Swimming Pool, Garbage shoot, stores, Bulk Head Area, LV Room, etc….,
including the issuing the BCC from Dubai miscibility and the issuing of TOC.

Consultant (Aref &Bintok for consulting) and the owner was (El Ghurair), project
with total amount of 255 million AED., which contains Flats, Parking, Gym,
Swimming Pool, Garbage shoot, stores, Bulk Head Area, LV Room, etc….,

 Project Manager for 8 Residential Building (B+G+6) at El Jada – Sharjah The

Consultant (Archidia for consulting) and the owner was (Arada), project with total
amount of 120 million AED., which contains Flats, Parking, Gym, Swimming
Pool, Garbage shoot, stores, Bulk Head Area, LV Room, etc….,
