Suggestions for innovative ideas for interns

One demand that propped up from students is that they should be given more group projects
involving cross department, so that they interact more with others and get to know and
understand the business and the functioning of SREI better. SREI can also market it as a
campaign where inter department cohort projects are done!!

Second is increase the frequency of zoom calls and conference calls between interns. This
will help in generating more innovative ideas and make the interns aware about the work
culture of the organisation.

Third, Students want frequent conference calls with the members of the department

Fourth, students in WRG group wants that when a respective mentor calls a client for
settlement maybe he or she can take one intern on conference call so that students learn how
a deal is actually done or closed. In short students wants to talk to clients themselves.

Fifth, Students want to carry out some work of the mentor on daily basis so that they learn
what their mentor is doing. They want more practical experience in short.

Sixth, some students are research oriented. Apart from the regular internship work, some
students want to start researching on a topic under the guidance of their respective mentors.

Seventh, many students particularly interested in finance want to work on project named as -
Risk Management using derivatives.

Suggestions for interns as well as employees

Amazon to be given to the winner.
• Employee engagement session via video conferencing (team breakfasts, coffee breaks
& online games).
• Online yoga sessions once a week through webinar.
• Online Award ceremonies – Long service awards etc
• Positive employee communications via daily email.
