10/6- AL-Replaced the gas valve on boiler,
Ran a ground wire from valve to line attached to ground water line.checked for pressure from regulator to valve, it was
7.8 inWC. Coming out of valve was 2.9inWC.
Unit was cycling on temperature, I recommended to pastor Jose to install CO, gas and smog detectors in that room with
notifications so they can receive warnings, i didn't find any ppm at this time.

10/12/20. En. Found the boilers not running. Inspected the system including the safeties. After inspection I relit the
Boiler testing the safeties and combustion. Found the combustion was not correct. Adjusted inlet air damper on burner
head and corrected combustion problems. The unit needs a new burner control assembly installed. Unit also needs
new pressure temperature relief.
