• HANDLING LATE STUDENTS

• As we started this school year 2020-2021 we already included
the Voice over video file in our Learning Delivery Modalities in
exchange of Online Discussion.

• Due to Students Demand of the said requirements, we would like

you to choose any of the tools to discuss/execute your topic
weekly.

• This is a memorandum for us to comply to avoid dropping out of

students and to comply with students quiries.
 VOICE OVER VS. ONLINE DISCUSSION

• Record your discussion with the minimum of 30mins-1hour/subject

• You can create your dialogue to insure the accuracy of the

delivery of modules.

• You can send the video file to the GC by uploading it tru FB group
and sharing the link or direct to the messenger.

• You can use the Create Room Tool of messenger at 7:30am

(30mins alloted for waiting for attendees) Strictly Start with your
discussion at exactly 8am.
• With the minimum of 30mins-1hour/subject.
• You have to record your dicussion for the sake of Non-Attendees
and upload it after the discussion.
• You can send the recorded file to the GC by uploading it tru FB
group and sharing the link or direct to the messenger.
 MONTHLY STUDENTS MONITORING

• With the use of E Classrecord and

SF2 we will be able to address
students who are Active and In-active.

• We would like you to submit to us the

list of Inactive students for the
monitoring of Active and Inactive
students per Advisory per Month.

• ''All enrolled students can continue their study not unless they
already skipped the whole semester.''
• Our institution required by Deped with this consideration to assist
those students who are late takers of weekly modules and
assessment.
• This is what the guidelines for Learning Contionuity Plan has
intended too, for the students who are willing to continue studying
amidst Covid 19 Pandemic.
• This is also our responsibility as Educational Institution to give all
students a chance to study regardless of their reasons.
