Many people seem to agree that television, specifically the media, has a convincing impact on society,

especially on children. Today, it is not an irony to say that the mass media shapes younger generations
rather than their genes. Values are a hierarchy of what is important to oneself and to the society
socially. To judge the significance of an idea or a practice, we use the concepts of values. It also means
judging what is moral or immoral, what is right or wrong, and what is acceptable or not. We also have
these personal values that we select or direct our individual behaviour and moral values where our
choices and actions are dependent on us. Every individual has his own lifestyle. We have our own ways
of life, our desires, our actions, our friends, our activities and our climate. Media has so many ways that
can be different than what they know about introducing their audience to lifestyle.

My current favorite movie is I Still Believe, which is the story of Christian music star Jeremy Camp's true-
life story and his path of passion and loss that seeks to prove there is still hope. Jeremy is a college
freshman at the beginning of the movie who has a passion for songwriting and he is hungry to learn
more about the music industry. Jean-Luc of The Kry takes Jeremy under his wing and tells Jeremy that
"making it” is not about following a career in music. It is about what you can give people in your music.
As Jeremy mans up and marries Melissa in the midst of one of the scariest roads anyone might ever walk
—struggle Melissa's with cancer, you'll get to see what love truly is. I took three values, lifestyle and
ideology from the movie. They have each emboldened my faith, and it is worth sharing with you. The
will of God in your life is undoubtedly greater than you believe it is. We should have no doubt of
believing miracles. And if certain prayers aren't completely answered, our lives can still be full. This
movie reveals that our trust does not have to be undermined by suffering. Suffering can deepen our
faith and encourage us to delve deeper into our relationship with the Lord and His goodness.

Stigma implies derogatory perceptions or discrimination based on an identifying trait such as a mental
disorder, health condition or impairment towards others. Stigma is still adverse. Stereotypes are
attitudes, feelings, perceptions about other cultures, people's races, and other words that are
interpreted. By breaking it, we must respect other people’s feelings and give privacy about their lives.
Because if we don’t start breaking it, more and more people will be affected by the stigma and the
stereotypes in this world. We hope the old ideologies entangled in hatred and separation can die out as
new generations come along. The lines that once divided us keep disappearing. We have proof. Our
society is now more tolerant of multiracial interactions, multiracial families and multiracial children than
it was decades ago. We don't have a package to fit in. It is possible to change us. Our own sense of self
can be appreciated.

The media revolves around us and has become an essential regular activity in today's society. For social
interaction and access to news and knowledge, and decision making, media is usually used. As well as
exchanging, developing, and distributing content, it is a powerful networking tool with others locally and
globally. From reviews, marketing tactics and ads, the media can affect the buying decisions of
customers. Media ultimately has a significant effect on our ability to connect, form relationships, access
and disseminate information, and make the right choice. The media affects the behavior of so many
people today. After a few clicks of a button, information may be spread, be it real, wrong, rumor or
gossip. This will influence relationships, whether between celebrities and average individuals or
between celebrities themselves and their loved ones, in different ways. In addition to controlling the
environment in both constructive and negative ways at times, the media can exploit, affect and inform
society, intellectually, physically and emotionally.

I would change the ending of the Japanese Anime movie called Hotarubi no Mori e, or also called as Into
the Forest of Fireflies’ Light. The movie consists of a girl named Hotaru, and a spirit who lived in the
forest that helped Hotaru named Gin. In the film, Gin isn’t allowed to be touched by someone else, or
else he will disappear. At every year in Hotaru’s life, she has been distancing herself from Gin with a stick
of wood. Until at the end of the movie, while they were on their way home from a festival, a kid showed
up and tripped. But before even tripping, the kid was unconsciously grabbed by Gin. And by that, Gin
disappeared, leaving a crying Hotaru with his mask. I would change the ending by letting Hotaru grab the
kid instead of Gin. In that way, no one disappears and vanish away and that would have made Gin alive.

I would choose Andres Bonifacio.

Andres Bonifacio had an optimistic attitude and strong sense of responsibility as he was barely fourteen
years old when they were orphaned. Without any hesitation, he assumed the responsibility of raising
his younger siblings. He also has a value for work and virtue of not wasting time. He has social
responsiveness, humility, patriotism and love for his own native language.

A shining sign of Filipino courage and heroism is Andres Bonifacio. Although he may not have written
novels or books, and although he may not have received higher education from universities, Bonifacio
represents the true essence of heroism, one who is ready to give his youth, his talent, his courage, his
life to struggle for freedom and liberty. Although he might not be as well educated as the other heroes
of the Philippines, Andres Bonifacio may not be said to be less of a hero. Leadership was Andres
Bonifacio's natural and excellent quality, and it was not a surprise that the Katipunan grew very rapidly
in numbers. The Katipuneros led by Bonifacio smashed their community tax certificates in the Cry of
Pugad Lawin to manifest their frustration and rebellion against Spanish brutality and corruption. If we
had to think more deeply, Bonifacio was the first to take the very first major, brave step towards
independence by leading uprisings that successfully regained independence from the colonizers. The
first to stand up and take up weapons to face Spanish civil guards head on were the Bonifacio and the
Katipuneros. That Bonifacio had to be pursued and executed by his own fellowmen is a tragic note
written in literature.
