Originally the website was www.fatimabacot.com , as you know, and that domain was registered with
GoDaddy until 15 Feb 2020 when I transferred the registration to Strikingly, and then the site was
renamed www.fatimabacotspeaker.com, with the new domain also registered with Strikingly.

I was able to buy the domain through Strikingly through a glitch in the system (according to Joan the
Happiness Officer) using the direct domain registration link…but it should not have been available for
the type of account I have. Unfortunately it actually was so I did the normal thing and purchased a
Strikingly domain.

Long story short, I owe Strikingly $24.95 (I’m guessing…doesn’t say so in the email) by Monday, but I
don’t know where/how to pay it!

I’ll look into this tomorrow but domain hosting and website hosting are not the same. Where did you
buy www.fatimabacotspeaker.com? GoDaddy? That’s who has to be paid for domain name hosting. I
can help, but I’m only in charge of website hosting. 
Do answer my questions and find login info for wherever you bought that domain name. Then I can help
you. 
Your website hosting is current.

My Domain is up for renewal by Monday, 15 February.  The thing is with the type of website I have, I
can’t renew itself myself and the payment isn’t auto-enabled either.
 
I spoke with Clifford the Happiness Officer and he said that I need to let you know I want to renew the
domain in my account. See below for the Strikingly renewal email.  After that, he said you need to
contact Strikingly to allow the charges in the account -- because all charges are linked to your account.
Once the domain is renewed, you bill me and I can then pay you for it.
 
Also can you change my email address in the back end from admin@fatimabacot.com (which no longer
exists) to admin@fatimabacotspeaker.com, please?  Clifford said the reason I can’t change the old one is
because everything is managed by you, the agent.
