- There are 5 webinars planned for potential contestants

[ note : 1st session is happening tomorrow. We have planned for gifting but TVC
and frame will be planned from next webinar]

3. Livon Journey to Miss Nepal


- Re introduction of Miss Nepal Rewind videos [3 remaining]
- Re announcement of Journey to Miss Nepal by Nishma chaudhary
4. Shortlisting and training session
- Profiling of potential contestant
- Online session with pageant trainer [ personality development + makeup artist+
past miss nepal, Preferably Ms. Malvika Subba , Miss Nepal world 2002
- JTMN content : experience sharing by resource person + excitement of
contestants + interaction

Phase II : 2 days
1. Audition
- Arrangement for Kathmandu Audition [ in person audition of resident of
kathmandu, online audition for Contestants outside KTM]
- Grooming booth setup at the venue with livon branding
- Shoot for journey to Miss Nepal
Content pegs [interaction with judges , partners, contestants [ in person + online]

Phase III : 29 days

1. Shortlisting and Training

- Gifting of livon hair care kit [ with all products, hair equipment, mirrors,
accessories and a vanity bag] so that they can carry it along their entire journey
- Announcement of top 25 via App [ also announcement of Livon Miss Popular
choice]
- Social media content with brand on individual contestants pages/ account
- Good hair day activation with all 25 contestants

2. Miss Popular Choice


- video profile content of all 25 contestant on Livon and their respective pages

VOTING cross campaign with IME PAY [ gratification everyday]

1. Vote and win top up from IME PAY everyday.

2. Win Livon gift hampers every week

3. Predict the winner and win gift hampers from Livon

depending upon the venue the organisers choose for the training as we cannot
possibly take everyone to outer studio]

5. Livon DAY

We will decide on the particular event activity once the venue is decided and the
date is given to us.

But structure we can plan as following

- Announcement of Digital Livon day via social media


- Ask audience to join on Facebook event
- Run promotional plan accordingly across all digital platforms
- Bollywood hairstylist [ if we decide on this] can run a interaction
program via video call

Prefer Hiral Bhatia, [ sonam kapoor’s hairstylist] who came to


kathmandu to launch sulphate and paraben free shampoo
conditioner in september last year.

- Give audience also chance to interact with the hairstylist


- Gratification to top 10 viewers by the stylist at the end of the event
- Run Live polls on livon life app.
- Second interaction program can be done for local stylists [ makeup
artist + hairstylist + fashion stylist + fashion bloggers]

JTMN content to be sourced as per the event structure

Phase IV : 8 days

- Anticipation and promotion for Livon Miss Popular choice and announcement of
closing date

- Green room branding and venue branding [ TBD as per venue and program structure]

- Online telecast

REAL TIME Exclusive footage via LivonLife app

We conduct an activation prior to the finale as Livon is going to telecast exclusive


footage from the green room, behind the scene, interaction on venue with celebrities ,
which will not be broadcasted on live telecast.

Promotions to be run on social platforms and also via contestants.


Audiences can register themselves to get the exclusive viewing of the behind the
scenes real time.

2. Journey to Miss Nepal

A complete different and digital driven strategy for the third season to be planned with
focus on certain topics and elements as following

- Studio Format
[ the program used to be in reality show format with uncut interactions and reaction
before even travelling along with the contestants and crew to all the venues planned.
This consisted of a lot of outdoor activity too] .
We Plan to conduct a majority of time from fixed studio setup. But unlike talk show, this
will consist more of interaction content with few contestants at a time where ever
needed.

- Contestant focused

Audience are more inclined towards knowing the participants up close personal. We
opened this avenue with our program for the first time in 2018 and excelled more in
2019.
This year we again plan to create content being contestant focused as well. A sneak
peak to their personal life, their family and friends. This helps to build up identity and
popularity to the contestant and also aid on our Miss popular choice.

Interaction with contestants + trainers + organisers with fun piece and games as a part
of the program

We can recognise and feature the people behind the scene of making of Miss Nepals ,
from their operational team, technical team, event team as what it takes to make a Miss
Nepal.

Besides, it will be scheduled in episode wise format once organisers also plan on fixed
dates and activities.
