Course Description

This course will provide an opportunity to discuss the fundamental principles of business
strategy and its applications in various business situations. Course will enable the students to
learn and apply strategic choices and decisions at various levels of businesses that operate in
diverse contexts.

Course Objective

At the end of the course student is expected to:

1) Discuss the process of environmental assessment, strategy formulation, execution and


review
2) Demonstrate knowledge and skills required to critically assess business scenarios and
take suitable decisions
3) Demonstrate the importance of ethical decisions in multicultural settings
4) Demonstrate ability to write and present business reports

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course student is expected to:

1. Demonstrate the ability to analyze business environments and aspects of strategy


formulation, execution and review.
2. Discuss and demonstrate abilities for decision making involving national and
international business contexts
3. Apply conceptual and practical learning for resolving ethical issues surrounding business
decisions.
