Dear Families, 
Over the next two weeks, our class will be learning about rocks 
and minerals, as well as their properties and types. This is our time 
frame for this unit.

We will also be using a lot of technology. Our culminating experience 
allows the children to use a website in order to take a virtual field trip 
in the National Museum of Natural History.
