In physical fitness, we need speed, balance and also power. When it comes to
doing exercises, power is very important. Without power, you can’t lift equipment like
barbell. Balance is an ability that controls your whole body and it can be seen in
push ups. Speed is an ability move quickly and requires muscular strength in order to
perform it correctly. Also, speed can be used in treadmill.
