A. Manager
 Giaglay Casinos is the manager of the GiaTea and Pastry Shop. As a manager, her job is
to plan and promote the daily schedule of her employees and the business interview,
hire and coordinate employees, create and maintain budgets and coordinate with and
report to senior management in the shop.
B. Workers
 They are hired by the employer to do a specific job. They are the one who work to
come up with the finish product. We must ensure hiring quality personnel; then, they
must get the passion and spirit in serving treats to warrant the developing of the Tea
and Pastry Shop. The employees are the true assets of the organization. They are the
ones who contribute effectively to make the business successful. Supervisors and
team leaders are not the only ones with special roles and responsibilities. Employees
also must know what is expected of them and what they will be accountable for in
their new environment to meet customers expectation.

Marketing Section

A. Product Description
 Yes, we will follow the trends now. GiaTea and Pastry Shop believes that quality is
the fundamental to be succeeded in any Business, so it is also our shop’s first
objective. We aim at bringing the tastiest Dessert of all time to our guests with a
reasonable price. Besides, good services cannot be distracted because it is also the
factor that determines the professional peerage of our shop. This small business does
not stop at serving customers indoor and take-away, for future goal, it will also
provide sweet products to dinning and restaurant since the Owner’s aspiration is
expanding the best delights to treats’ lovers.
We offer a different flavored teas. All of these are available hot, iced or loose for
customers to take home and brew at their leisure. To complement our beverages, we
will offer a small selection of freshly baked and delicious pastries. We offer high-
quality baked goods at a reasonable price.
Based on market research, we believe that up to 2/3 of our sit-down clientele will
order a piece of cake, vegetable cookies, organic muffins or sweet potato donuts with
their tea.
We are a tea and pastry shop; we focus on tea. Since we are not intending to
compete with other Pastry shops, we only brew one kind of coffee daily, to satisfy
those accompanying true tea lovers on their visit to our shop.

B. Price
 We offer our products in a lower price than the other shop. The tea cost Php50.00 –
Php110.00 depending on the size of the cup. As well as the pastries, it depends on the
kind of pastries they will buy.
C. Selling Location
 The best location is near the market of Camalaniugan, Cagayan.
D. Promotional Activity
 Marketing research is required in order to determine the most applicable marketing
Mix which will help the management deciding the suitable place, product, price and
Promotion to customers. The packaging box will specially have store’s brand name
and logo to emphasize GiaTea among other bake shops. In order to attract customer s,
we will use fyers, advertisements and even online.

Finance Section

A. Capital Amount
 Financial plan is one of the most crucial part that determines the success of a Business
plan. This is also the most focusing part in GiaTea business Plan. Since, it is a start-up
business, a detail financial plan is important to Keep up with the flow of money. It will
help understanding financial position of GiaTea, the moment that GiaTea gets to
break-even point, or deciding the next Step of its business operation. We will be
needing Php50,000 as the beginning capital.

B. Expected Daily Sales


 With the result from market research, GiaTea estimate its sales from the Opening
could be approximately 40 to 45 slices of each pastries, holiday sales could Increase
up to 55 to 60 due to high demands of sweet treat as gift to family and friend. With
the average price of Php60. 00 per slice, GiaTea expects Php3,000.00 – Php5,000.00
earn for the daily as well as the teas. In total, GiaTea expectedly Php100,000 –
Php500,000 receives in sales for the per month.

C. Expected Daily Expenses


 Expected daily expenses in Teas and pastries is ranging from Php2,000.00-Php3,500.00
daily. Expenses for the ingredients of Tea and Pastry like egg, flour, milk, etc.

D. Income Per Day


 Sales per day for the Tea and pastries Php10,000 less the daily expenses Php3,500.00.
Our income per day is Php6,500.00
