AVOCADO ICE CREAM RECIPE

Ingredients
- 3 to 5 pcs avocado
- 1 condensed milk (390g) chilled overnight
- 500ml all-purpose cream (chilled overnight) (2 packs/can) you may use whipping cream or heavy cream as
alternative
Procedure
1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh.
2. Put in a blender. Add some condensed milk. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
3. In mixing bowl, beat all purpose cream until double in size (around 7 to 10 minutes). Then, add the rest of
the condensed milk. Mix well.
4. Add the pureed avocado. Mix well until well-blended.
5. Put in a container. Add toppings (optional). Cover.
6. Freeze (put in freezer) for at least 6 hours.

MANGO TAPIOCA RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
✔️5 pcs. Ripe mangoes
✔️1 cup all purpose cream
✔️1 cup condensed milk
✔️1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
✔️1 cup tapioca pearls (sago) uncooked
PROCEDURE
1. Boil 6 cups water. Add sago and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and let it sit until
cooked through. Let cool and set aside.
2. Chop 1-2 mango. Put in blender. Add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Blend until smooth. Set aside.
3. Chop the rest of the mangoes into small cubes. Set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose cream, condensed milk and 1 cup evaporated milk. Add blended
mangoes. Mix well. Then, stir in chopped mangoes and cooked tapioca pearls. Mix well.
5. Chill for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
