Hi, my name is Joseph and I am proud to be Show Viet and USA Flag
Vietnamese American.

I was born here in Pflugerville. A place between a Pflugerville in the middle, then Round
Rock and a weird place. Rock/Austin on the sides

Family - My loving family has always been a Picture of family (siblings) then my immediate
huge part of my life. I am the oldest out of my house family.
siblings. I grew up with 2 wonderful parents and
we all live with my grandpa. The best part of my
family is that it’s really big and that means a lot of
family reunions and bonding.

Vietnamese American - Growing up as a Church picture/community

Vietnamese American, I got to embrace my own
Vietnamese heritage and learn the values of
community and family. Through living this
experience, I was able to put myself out there and
live out these values for myself. (ends at 0:32)

Catholic - I grew up in a Catholic household

which taught me the faith and love within my
family. A part of this teaching has led me to love
serving and participating in different events. Ever
since I started, I felt the joy by being able to make
an impact with my church. (ends at 0:46)

Youth Leader - From this experience, I decided to TNTT Picture - HT Induction picture.
become a youth leader and work with the students.
As a youth leader, I have been a part of lots of (ends at 0:58)
kids' lives and it brings me passion to help raise
and serve the community that we are in together.

TKD - A foundation within my life has been with TKD - teaching the class, the video clip.
Taekwondo. I have 10 years of learning and 2 of
those years including instructing students. During
my time here, I have gained a lot of discipline and
communication skills with students and parents.
These moments allowed me to connect with what

During my time, I found myself loving the events

as NHS president during my senior year and
