The National Council Officers (Supreme Council) is very happy to announce

to everybody that the Beta Phi Sigma is now officially registered with the Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC). Throughout our 41 years of existence as a
fraternity, on this day, we are now officially given by the Philippine government the
legal existence to carry out our fraternal purposes to serve our dearest community.

Through our ups and downs in the fraternity, the National Council would like
to thank everyone for the enormous support to make this registration possible, for
it not for the reason of the support of our brothers and sisters; this would not be in
accomplished by your National Council Officers.

Together in this letter, is a scanned copy of the Certificate of Incorporation

together with the Company Registration Number that would prove that we are now
indeed duly registered with the SEC Office. Also, our registration has perpetual
existence as indicated in our Article of Incorporation, meaning, the Beta Phi Sigma
will forever exist in the books that has been granted a legal existence.

With this in mind, the National Council is here to announce that the official
name of our fraternity is now “Beta Phi Sigma Caritas Fortis Veritas
Incorporated” “also known as Betans Fraternity and Sorority” as written in
our Certificate of Incorporation. That being said, all members must now follow this
official name and must change all the previous names used.

Again, the National Council Officers appreciates the full support of our
brothers and sisters to make this possible, and the rest is history.
