AFFIDAVIT

I, Edwin Sanchez, of legal age, married, sales representative, and a resident of

Blk 4 lot 6 of Fleur de Ville Subd. Isuya, Mactan LapuLapu City, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state:

1. That, our house is beside the house of CharisseSumiller in front of our house is
the residence of PSSg Maria Ilona Lourdes Cimafranca.

2. That, on April 19, 2020 I was in my house together with my family, and at
around 2:00 in the afternoon, after eating lunch I went at the doorstep of our
house to take a breath of fresh air,

3. That I saw Jeffry Cimafranca together with his wife PSSg Ilona Cimafranca and
their two (2) children’s at the parking area of their house talking and laughing
with each other.

4. That I saw also Charisse Sumiller washing clothes in front of her house.

5. That, suddenly i went at the basketball court to check my car that was being
parked thereat.

6. That, when I came back, I passes by at the house of my neighbor Cimafranca’s

residence.

7. That, while we were talking and making joke one of our neighbor was at the
second floor of her house in the person of Charisse Sumiller shouted to quote “
kusog man kayo na imuha ng katawa”

8. That, since PSSg Maria Ilona Lourdes Cimafranca is setting facing at the road,
she answered Charisse Sumiller in a low tone voice, Panirado anai muhang
bintana, aron dili ka makadungog og saba.

9. That, she CharisseSumiller keep on shouting that makes our other neighbor to
go outside of their house, saba kayo sige og pangatawa.

10.That PSSg Cimafranca did not exert any effort to stood up even if Carmel
Sumiller and Charrise Sumiller was scandalously shouting against her and
pointing fingers and was about to jump at the window shouting, Nagsalig kay
Police ka.

11.That, Charisse Summiler was accusing us that we play Tong-it, which is not true,
if someone is holding a card it doesn’t mean that she is playing tong-it. PSSg
Cimafranca is playing solitare for past time purposes only, her son and daughter
is watching her also, we laugh because of my joke with them.

12.That it is not true that PSSg Cimafranca Sarcastically laughing, if she had laugh it
was not continuous for an hour, Charisse Sumiller has bad feelings against Jeffry
Cimafranca and Her Wife PSSg Ilona Cimafranca because they took the Tourist
Car driven by Allain Booc her new live-in partner.
13.That it is not true that PSSg Ilona Cimafranca provoke trouble, if she would have
been to, It could be at that time that Charisse Sumiller and her sister Carmel
Sumiller pointing fingers and shouted against her.

14.That even Charisse Sumiller Installed a CCTV camera facing at the residence of
Cimafranca, she never get mad in fact she just cover a blanket at her parking
area to avoid any trouble. (Picture hereto attached).

15.That I can attest also that the First family who left/transfer of residence is the
Cimafranca’s family, it is not true in the affidavit of Charisse Sumiller that she
was afraid of PSSg Cimafranca so they decided to move in a secluded area. The
first who left their residence is Cimafranca’s family for the reason that their
eldest daughter suffered trauma against the live-in partner of Charisse Sumiller.

16.That, I executed this affidavit to attest the veracity of the foregoing and I am
willing to appear if called to testify.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my name and signature this ___
day of April 2021, in Cordova Cebu, Philippines.
