The human race detests criticism, is useless, it puts the receiver in a defensive state.
Criticism is dangerous, damaging the pride and gives fruit to resentment. When
criticized, human nature comes into action, trying to justify it by creating tension and
resentment that in cases can demoralize people from friends, family and even
employees or coworkers.

Human nature is selfish, depending on the present circumstances, the human acts
differently, every day he presents himself in different scenarios, we are all actors and
we assume different roles. When we act, it is of some benefit or to avoid conflicts, by
not saying exactly what one thinks, adapting to the stage and assuming a new role.
Sometimes that “role” becomes an act of selfishness, it can be used for both good and
bad, but unconsciously it will be for one’s own benefit and that of no one else. Nobody
admits that they are selfish, they simply go straight to their objectives, unable to
accept criticism since they believe that their belief or argument is better.

Tommy had a unique way of seeing things, he was an extraordinary thinker, always
being able to conquer everything he wanted, attracting people to follow their lead,
but at what cost? No one ever saw how he makes all these things come true, but,
Tommy had a mask underneath his face, not showing his true intents. Tommy tends
to lie all the time, through his charisma and manipulative skills, he always ended on
top, while others paid the cost.

He gets away all the times, leaving zero indicators or no traits at all, he manipulated all
his friends, family, coworkers, even his boss, to accomplish what he wanted, and none
of them sees his real face. Trying to indulge myself, avoiding the things Tommy made
to accomplish all, I was experimenting this feeling of losing to injustice, I felt
imprisoned in mind and body, unable to do a thing. The moment finally came, when I
tried to do justice, uncovering all the truth of my old friend Tommy, but at what cost?
At this moment I became the antagonist of the story, making criticism about my friend,
I lost my reputation, my friends, people started seeing me as a loser with envy, I lost
everything and gain nothing. After all, Tommy won, getting away with it, the people
still know him as a role model, a hero, and I found myself with nothing, just for trying
to do justice. At long last it is better to leave people be, everyone has their own
problems, their beliefs.

The human has characteristics in common and that differentiate us from the animals,
we assume the award in a different way, we have the sense of feeling important and of
being great, we like praise, on the other hand, like animals, we learn and we retain
information better if we are rewarded. Humans do not like criticism, they tend to
unconsciously create resentment through criticism, there may be conflicts between
close people for the simple fact of making criticism, in most cases it is useless.
