Phase 1 Project Details & Objectives: The project for this course runs in three phases. This
document provides you with guidelines for the Phase 1 part of the project. This is a group
project. Each group will get an organization from a particular industry with details of its past
data, current information and future plans. The organization will closely resemble
organizations in the real world. Based on the details provided, student groups will have to
arrive at solutions for the given people processes.
Report Format: The report must be left-flushed, double-spaced, in Times New Roman font
of size 12. It should include these sections:
1. Cover Page: Include Group Number, Student Names and Roll Nos. in ascending
order.
2. Job Description and Job Specification for the key role.
3. End-to-end Selection Process for the key role: Provide a detailed description of the
selection process with the selection methods that will be used and the sequence in
which they will be used. Elaborate on your chosen selection method/s, explain how it
will be conducted and provide a sample item. Also, provide a justification for each
selection method and explain which critical competencies from the JD & JS it will
assess for the key role.

5. Annexures: See project details above to determine what to put in annexures.
6. Plagiarism report: Please run your report through an online trusted Plagiarism
software and submit a plagiarism report as an annexure. Similarity index in the
plagiarism report should be less than 10%.
Evaluation Criteria: A detailed description of each criterion and the distribution of marks is
provided in the accompanying rubric.
Note:
5 marks will be deducted on account of late submission.
Submissions 2 hours beyond the deadline will not be accepted.
Any form of cheating or plagiarism is unacceptable. If discovered, such reports will
get a zero and the students will be referred to the Disciplinary Committee.
Please don’t make your own assumptions. For any doubts, always check with your
faculty before proceeding.
