European equity markets.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The JAC management services saw the close coordination of a wide professional
team that included mechanical & electrical consultants ESP, Home Control
Solutions, Dimension Data UK and MLM. The landlords team representing
the interests of JP Morgan included building management team Cushman &
Wakefield, disposing agents DTZ and mechanical & electrical consultant The
Anslow Partnership. Redburn’s commercial property interests were represented by
Savills. Soft finishes and furniture were procured by JAC Furniture

ABOUT THE BUILDING

10 Aldermanbury was developed by Legal & General as the Head Quarters office
building for Flemings and completed in 2000. The building benefits from two
entrances, one on Aldermanbury at the junction with Love Lane and the other
on Gresham Street.
