Non-electrician Staff, performing work of non-electrical order near electrical installations
carrying their trade in protected areas with electrical hazards.

The many practical cases discussed are from concrete situations

The alternation of theory presentations, practical case studies, role playing, of group work,
helps prepare students for the daily exercise of their function

Article R. 4544-9 : Operations on electrical installations or in their neighborhood can only be
performed by authorized workers.

Article R. 4544-10 : A worker is entitled within the limits of the powers it confiées.L'habilitation,
issued by the employer, specifies the type of operations they are authorized to perform.

Before issuing the authorization, the employer shall ensure that workers received training and
education which gives him the knowledge of risks associated with electricity and measures to
respond to safety during the execution of operations assigned to it.

The employer shall issue, maintain or renew the authorization under


the terms contained in the standards referred to in Article
R. 4544-3.
The employer gives each worker a backlog requirements established on the basis of the
relevant requirements of these standards, completed,
if appropriate, by specific safety instructions at work
