Classroom-Based Action-Research Template (Enclosure No. 2 to
D.M. No. 144, s. 2017) will now be adopted as format for SDO-
Mandalugong Classroom-Based Actlon Re search-
2. For research proposal, the Sesearch Pr.oposal template for
