Advantages of the CHP system
Combustion engines, on the basis of which our
installations are built, are characterised by an
efficiency of transforming the energy contained in
the fuel into mechanical energy by a few percentage
points, as compared to gas or steam turbines.
Further on, in the generator, mechanical energy
is transformed into electrical energy. For example,
the efficiency of a combustion engine ranges from Biogas container CHP
37% to over 41%, while the efficiency of gas plant awarded with
turbines does not exceed 35%. the Gold Medal
at the Poleko Fair
The rated power of the combustion engine, in 2008
as compared to a gas turbine, is definitely less
sensitive to ambient temperature changes.
High operating flexibility, i.e. our systems can
work at variable loads ranging from 60 to 100%,
with a reduction in the electrical efficiency only
by 1 to 2% percentage points.
It should be emphasised that heat delivered
by our systems is “for free”. This means that an
appropriate amount of fuel must be provided to
the engine to obtain a specific amount of electri-
cal energy. Heat in the engine is generated,
regardless of the fact whether it is recovered
and used or released and dispersed. For example,
under normal conditions, an engine, while
generating 100 kW of mechanical power on
a flywheel, also generates approx. 150 kW of heat
power, out of which approx. 130 kW can be used.

In a very wide spectrum of applications for CHP generator
sets, there appears a group of clients who, apart from
heat and electric power, also need energy transferred
via other carriers or other products. These media can
be generated during the operation of the CHP module.
Appropriate modification or extension of the CHP
generator set allows improving the degree of efficiency
of the installation.
In our climate zone, the demand for heat for heating
purposes (e.g. heating of buildings) is present for
approx. six months. In the remaining period, only
warm tap water is needed. A perfect solution, allowing
to avoid the necessity of dissipating heat during
operation of the set into the atmosphere, is the
application of absorption chiller or ADsorption chillers.
By means of these devices, using heat collected from
operating CHP generator set, chilled water can be
produced.

This medium can be used for the air-conditioning

system for rooms in office, apartment or public utility
buildings.

For clients, who need temperatures higher than the

standard 90/70oC in their technological processes,
we can modernise system of heat recovery from exhaust Steam generator.
A sample installation by

There’s also a possibility of obtaining pure carbon dioxide

using system based on various catalysts. Exhaust fumes
purified in this way are free from carbon monoxide,
sulphur compounds and other toxic products, which
can be produced during natural gas combustion. In this
way, we obtain a perfect source of CO2, which can be
used in various technological process, including the Adsorption chiller,
factor increasing yields in greenhouses or carbon a sample product from

 The necessity to take care of natural environment
and depleting oil supplies stimulate the search for new
and alternative sources of supply. The application of

RESEARCH. so-called biofuels is one of the solutions. A new trend

in research involves the use of streams of energy,
which are currently regarded as waste or the use of

NEW SOLUTIONS energy contained in waste.

We offer generator sets powered by:

vegetable oils
fuels from depolymerisation of plastics
pyrolysis oil obtained from processing of waste tyres
hydrogen and other waste post-processing gases
from chemical plants.

We are carring advanced implementation works on:

powering generator sets by coke-oven gas
the use of low-calorie synthesis gases, including
wood gas.

From the current regulations point of view on waste

management, implementation works for generator sets
powered with fuels produced while processing plastic
waste and tyres, excellently reflect waste to energy actions.

Appropriately carried processes of depolymerisation of

polyolefin plastics and pyrolysis of rubber parts of tyres
combined with the technology we have developed
allow for energy-efficient use of such waste.
It should be emphasised that, as opposed to many
other methods, in which simple combustion occurs,
i.e. generation of heat, the use of generator sets allows
for obtaining the most refined type of energy – electric
energy.

Solutions used in offered gas generator sets powered
by alternative fuels allow for use of gases with methane
number amounting to zero (hydrogen). This allows
for an energy-efficient use of post-processing gases,
which are usually combusted in industrial flares in
an unproductive way.

While developing our generator sets powered by alterna-

tive fuels, we always aim at minimising operational
costs and ensuring maximum reliability at the same time.

All generator sets, regardless of the type of the fuel used,

can be offered with types of housings described for “tradi-
tional aggregates”. They can also be constructed as CHP
generator sets in accordance with the description presented
in the “Cogeneration” tab.

During the implementation of reaserch and development

resistance and heat loads can be carried out, which allows

Since 1984, our company has been
operating all over Poland in the
area of reserve electric power sources.
Since 1998, we have been
conducting professional rental
of industrial generator sets.

Our company offers the rental of generator sets from
20 kVA to 1000 kVA. Some of our generator sets are
adapted to parallel operation, which allows for obtaining
3000 kVA. We deliver generator sets to any place in
Poland with or without servicing. The newly opened
Southern Branch situated in Krzeszowice allows for
reducing the response time and get to our clients in
southern Poland quickly.
The generator sets, which we offer, are intended for
continuous or temporary operation as main or reserve
source of electrical power. All rental generator sets are
equipped with sound attenuated canopies or containers
allowing open-air operation even in difficult conditions.
Our offer also includes mobile generator sets with power
values ranging from 20 to 110 kVA on wheeled chassis
with Polish certification.
Generator sets are maintained on an ongoing basis,
we perform servicing inspections free of charge during
use (together with replacement of consumables) in
cooperation with the person supervising the generator
set on the Client’s side. The rented equipment is covered
by supervision on a 24/7 basis, all answers and guide-

Our generator sets have been present
on the market for thirty years.
During this time, their continuous
development and implementation
of new technologies allowed us to
collect a lot of tokens of appreciations
both from our clients and numerous
competition jury panels deciding
on awarding prizes during exhibitions
and fair events.
In the years 2008-2012, our products received the Gold
Medal of the Poznań International Fair awarded during
the POLEKO fair. In 2008, our HE-KEC-480/510-PG480-B
CHP generator set won a medal – the competition jury
emphasised the fact of using Polish technology in the
presented device. In 2009, our CHP generator set based
on a high-pressure engine, which can be powered by
a fuel from renewable sources, i.e. vegetable oil.
In 2012, we presented a container biogas CHP set, type
HE-EC-99/129-MG99-B with an electric power of 99 kW
at a fair event, which was also appreciated by the jury
and awarded with the gold medal. This solution is
intended for small agricultural biogas plants and it was
also recognized during the 25th edition of the ENERGETAB
International Energy Fair in Bielsko Biała in 2012, where

it received the bronze medal awarded by PGE Energia
Odnawialna. It was our second distinction at the ENERGETAB
fair as two years earlier, in 2010, we were awarded
the gold medal of PGE Energia Odnawialna for our CHP
generator set with an electrical power of 1400 kW, type
HE-EC-1400/1560-CG1400-GZ, which had been ordered
by ZEW KOGENERACJA S.A.
The awards in the form of medals confirm the high
quality of our products. To ensure it our products, services
and customer service, we have been using a certified
and implemented quality management system according
to the standard ISO 9001:2008 since 2008 (it was
renewed for a subsequent period in 2011).
In Autumn 2012, we received an awardin the “Market
Quality 2012” competition in the CHP generator set
category.
The high quality of our products and services helps
the company’s dynamic development – this fact was
appreciated by the Forbes Magazine in 2013 by awarding
to us the “Forbes Diamonds 2013” distinction.
All awards received from various institutions and organi-
sations bring us a lot of satisfaction. The appreciation
