compression garments for clients with burns,
trauma, lymphoedema, hernias and a broad
range of other medical conditions.

Our team can incorporate many different design features to

help solve common client concerns and ensure excellent fit.
We can prescribe:
• zippers, assist tabs and loopers for ease of application
• shaping to ensure good contact with the limb
• reinforcing for areas of persistent oedema
• hydrophobic fabric lining for management of skin fragility
• leather soles or palms for anti-slip
• re-tensioning in response to changes in limb or body
shape and/or size
Our range of fabrics can provide low to high compression and
moisture wicking properties to assist with heat management.
Garments come in a range of colours and stitching options
to make them attractive to wear.

 COMPRESSION GARMENTS

Whole Body Garment

Second Skin manufactures All-In-One compression garments
for burns and traumatic injuries and for chronic oedema
management where required. A Vest and Tights, or Vest and
Panty Girdle combination, can be designed in an All-In-One
style. We offer a full range of design options with short and/
or long sleeve and leg lengths as required.
All-In-One garments ensure wearer comfort and clinical
effectiveness by anchoring the garments in place throughout
the client’s full daily routine.

Hand & Upper Limb Garments

Second Skin manufacture custom made upper limb
compression garments for burns and traumatic injuries,
lymphoedema, chronic pain, amputation, flap and oedema
management.
Design options for Armsleeves and Tailored Armsleeves
garments include with or without shoulder cap, male and
female strap designs, and attached or detached hand
components.
Design options for hand garments include full Gloves,
MCP Gauntlet and Gauntlet styles and can be detached or
attached to the armsleeve components.

Lower Limb Garments

Second Skin manufacture custom-made tights, knee high or
ankle high compression garments for burns and traumatic
injuries, lymphoedema, venous insufficiency, toe or partial
foot amputations, and oedema of the calf and foot.
Second Skin offers a full range of design options for these
garments including toe options, leather sole, zippered access.
