Here is the notes and guidelines that we discussed before I had to leave my position. I would use this as
a check list of what your average days and weeks should look like. I have included Tiffany Kerns in this
since she is the security champion for SBDDC FM1 and your direct first step/go to for this site for all SBD
related issues. I also caution you to run everything thru her and she can guide or disseminate the
information.

Security Supervisor for Allied Universal Assigned Duties

Average daily task and schedule:

Debrief with both 3rd and 2nd shifts if at all possible!!!!

1.Review punches in the Win-team schedule report for accuracy and completion. Auto accept
punches in the correct format (not more than 7 min. before schedule and no more then 7 minutes
after schedule) then review all mismatched entries line by line and resolve the issues associated
(missed punches, punches not in the correct format and absences. Use camera system to review all
mismatched entries to verify your perceptions of what you observed on the report.

2. Review the “working” schedule and adjust all that applies to reconcile the report to make it
accurate cohesive. Review the “working” schedule and adjust as needed. Also ensure that you
correct any billable hour’s issues and categorize the hours correctly (E.G. Training or corrections)
Make sure your looking ahead for next two weeks to ensure coverage so you can resolve issues
early.

3. Open The payroll spreadsheet (color coded) and update it as you did the schedule, so they match

4. Now go back into win team and use the hours summary menu item and correlate that total with
your color-coded spreadsheet to ensure the proper billing is submitted.

5. Establish and maintain a break and relief schedule for the day ensuring that you are a backup in
case the rover cannot break from the gatehouse

6. Review all Daily Activity and any incident reports from all three manned positions and all three
shifts from previous day/weekends here at SBDDC FM1 (Main entrance, Gate house, North Carolina
Entrance)

7. conduct any and all follow up or investigations as a result of the report reviews

8. ALWAYS INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT- Observe officers at three different times throughout your
shift. E.G. if on a 0600-1400 shift Then 0900 and 1100 and then at 1300 or adjust as needed. Look for
the following:

Any observed policy application/ procedures for accuracy

Uniform compliance
Duty Competencies

Professionalism/Conduct/Demeanor Not Friendly as to be compromised on enforcement

9. Conduct equipment status checks on all issued equipment- Radios, Camera system, Hand Wands,
Metal detectors, make notes of any deficiencies and report them directly to security champion on
site and or in the site supervisor DAR for resolution

10. Respond to any calls for service

11. Maintain your training matrix and coordinate with current and new staff

12. Complete any needed job coaching forms for redirection

Weekly Duties-Try to keep on top of these outliers

1. Make sure all shifts are covered in a cost reducing mindset and be ready to cover it yourself in
the event of last-minute call offs.
2. Complete your advance scheduling
3. Complete uniform inventory of surplus equipment.
4. Participate in the SBD weekly conference calls and the Allied conference calls both are on
Wednesdays.
5. Review your EDGE training requirements and those of the officers assigned to you to ensure all
are up to date.
6. Review one set of JSA documents per week- (Job Safety Awareness) 1 Main entrance-2
Gatehouse-3 N.C. Door. And complete a update for all three by the end of every month.
7. Review post orders and SOP for proof of officer review and compliance.
8. Collect all employee time sheets from all three locations verify for accuracy before submitting
payroll and scan them to Robert Prouse
9. Submit your color-Coded time sheets to Allied office on Thursday mornings after you have
completed your reconciliation of the schedule/Punches for the week.
10. Create a training matrix to Schedule and coordinate any OJT Training, or current staff cross
training.
11. Create and maintain meeting schedule with officers or a solid communication process to get
officers engaged

Lastly Be ready for the unexpected either in projects or new duties that will
always pop up.
